  We can understand that our room is not ready at around 9am in the morning, but they only gave us a non-secured nor monitored place to store our luggage. When we finally check-in around 3pm, my mum saw one of the house-keeping girls lying on our bed in Rm 201! On another occasion, I even witnessed another house-keeping girl using that room to do her make-up! Chemical smell from her hair and body lingering in the room, plus black stains in the bath tub, forced us to change room within the hour after checking in. The new room 203 given to us was not any much better. The ceiling leaked at the exact spot such that water dripped onto us when were using the sink. The plump female receptionist dont take initiative to solve problems in the new room too e.g. no shower curtains nor hair dryer. Instead, we have to think and suggest solutions on their behalf, and we hardly see any follow-up actions even after polite requests for basic services. After a few unanswered requests, I knew that it would be wasting my time and effort to get them to activate the TV. Even after boiling for several rounds, the kettle still emitted a sourish taste into the water! Try not to ask the plump female receptionist for info around the vicinity, she either has even less knowledge than a tourist, or is deliberately giving you all the wrong info, even on basic things like cab fare to the next town or the nearby market location. Bedsheet comforter was stained with black dots. The room sound-proofing was so thin, we could hear from level 3, the motor traffic behind the hotel. It is thus difficult to rest before late night. Based on our experience, room service stopped around 4pm. The only reason that kept us from changing our hotel was the good bed, consistently warm shower, and our bulky luggage. Its unlikely were coming back to this place again.

  Rundown hotel

  Location is great as restaurants and shops are just besides the hotel.However, the hotel is very rundown. We took quad room and the room has no view at all. The shower curtains were dirty and the tiles on the bathtub were chipped off. Paid RM804 through Agoda for 2 nights and it was not worth the money due to the condition of the room and it was without breakfast. Fortunately, the staff were friendly and ready to accommodate change of room but all rooms very equally quite bad condition, so we did not have much choice as we have already paid before hand for the rooms. You can get better rooms or Airbnb for this amount of money in Brinchang.

  Room was nice, bathroom is clean and oK, some parts in the room can be improve like moulded door, windows, and fridge/minibar need to be service from time to time. Travelling with baby might need fridge to store babies foods and our room minibar cannot be used. Inform the front office crew and maintenance fixed it, saying the minibar a bit slow to cool down, until then we never open the minibar door cause was thinking to let it cold af, however it is such a shame cause minibar remain the same and cant be use cause not cold at all. this one u may improve it ok?? No breakfast. Iron on the GF. Would recommend to put iron on every floor for guests convenience. Comfortable beds, clean towel even towel got holes on it ... hot shower is a must and they have it both for shower and hand sink friendly front office staffs. Quick service for Indian Lady work there for evening and next morning shift for her quick action/feedback to guests when theres a request. Sure we will be back but were not dare to recommend this hotel to someone else or family members. Overall, its a 50-50 review. Thanks all.

  Hotel a bit old

  This hotel seem a bit old The bath tub got some defects on it The furniture in the room looks like its been there for quite some time The location is very convenient as there is a mini market just next to the hotel It is located in the centre of Brinchang town.

  Bad hotel bad staff

  I stay for 2days and 1night here. Left my 2 jackets in the room and call the hotel day after check out to ask if they found anything in the room but they told me they did not found anything in the room. I am really sure that i hang the jackets inside the wardrobe but they keep assuming that i left it somewhere else. Poor management team and dishonest.
