  TOTAL BAD SERVICE!!!

  I've been to different hotel in Taiwan from 3star hotel up to 5 star hotel but this Hotel cosmo in kaohsiung the service are really BAD!!! I dunno whether they know what means of "service oriented". Stay there for 2nights for the new years eve since it's the only available hotel in town for the new years countdown. The lock of the door is not really safe, never clean our room when we left the hotel to room around the city was so disappointed when we returned but can't do anything about it since it's 11:30pm already, never give us our voucher for the 2nd day breakfast, the food sucks almost vegetable and bread only, the manager was so rude he chase us when we wanted to sit in the lobby near the door while waiting for our driver to come (since so many guest standing on the lobby and they only allow us to sit on one corner of the lobby which the area was so small), and the internet is very suck! can't even connect from the room even the signal was 4-5! Went to the cafe and lobby area even 1 signal i can even connect to the server and upload photos!!!! Will not go back there again....first time i write a very nasty comment on a hotel.

  Very satisfied with the room

  I came to taiwan for 2 weeks and booked few hotels ...some hotels dont look exactly like they posted n I was very disappointed n was not hoping much from this hotel r,but when arriving here,me and my wife was very very pleased...finally a high end hotel within my budget n very pleased with it...thank u,hotel r kaohsiung...

  Good room, nice firm bed, need a bit improvement

  The lobby area is nicely renovated to modern standard. The corridors still looks dated like the 60s, as well as room furnishings. At least have modern flat tv and wifi included. Buffet breakfast are mostly local cuisines (noodles, porridge), have a section for continental bread but ran out of butter. Coffee, juice, milk but no tea or water to be seen. Bed in room is firm as well as pillow. Good for side sleeper but not suitable for those who lie flat. Hotel seems to have history of theft of hotel items or furnishing from the room so they listed prices of those items if guests took them including the hair dryer on the wall, tv, remotes, coffee cups etc.
