  Ok hotel with poor aftercare!!!

  Hotel: The hotel is ok and easy to find. It looks a bit old from the outside. Price: Prices were low to midrange. Room: It all feels a bit outdated to be honest. color choices also didn't help much. bathroom: Ok, but also old. Services: This was a bad experience. My son unf. left his Tempur travel sleeper pillow at this hotel and by the time we found it we were already on our way back. When I started mailing with the hotel it took a few days before someone was able to look into my question. i even send them a picture of the pillow and told them it was a hard foam pillow. They told me they found it and I needed to transfer 10,- for them to send it to me. It did that and they send me the package. When I received it it was an old feather pillow stuffed into an old box. When I complained about this they just kept replying that this was all they could find. I felt ripped off since I didn't send the picture for nothing!! neighborhood: Close to some restaurants and close to the highway. Parking: A lot of parking available. Overall: Ok hotel for a night sleep, but have seen way better

  Great service, good hotel

  Friendly staff, excellent food. Stayed one night. 10 min after booking via booking.com the staff called and answered all my questions. We arrival when kitchen was about to close but the kitchen kept open and served late dinner. Recommendations!

  Comfy stay

  Quick amd efficient check in. Helpful staff at the reception. Room was 9f decent size with an ensuite bath. Bed was comfy and shower had nice hot shower. Good breakfast options available. Good place to stay on business trips.

  Don't mention brexit and we won't mention the war!

  Good points: Good clean hotel. Provided us with a ground floor disabled room on request. Good Breakfast Spoke English Free Car parking 2 car parks. Comfy bed's bad points: Well I asked for them to cater for me a gluten free breakfast and they didnt provide gluten free bread. Coffee at breakfast could have been better. The receptionist made a distasteful joke about brexit

  One night stay

  Ive stayed in the hotel for one night only on my way to Denmark then Norway. It was ok for a night... The room Ive booked didnt look like the one as depicted on booking.com pictures... especially the bathroom was not as modern as presented on the website... the one Ive got was rather obsolete... The heating in the room was not too effective, so it was a bit chilly there all night... maybe it was because the hotel was pretty empty that day, so maybe other rooms heating was at minimum... The breakfast was good, but the coffee could be better;)
