  If you want a cheap vacation you can come here !

  We were here in september 2016 , at the end of the season so the place was pretty empty . The rooms were clean , cleaning service was available every morning and changend the towels as well. The food was the worst I've ever eaten , the drinks from the bar were the worst I've ever drank. But we had a good company and we kind of made our on vacation to be nice . I don't recommand it !

  Best thing in hotel is the animation team

  The hotel is good, but not five stars deffinetly... its still whole in recovering... the food was not for five stars... the main bar on the main road is with only one bartender... the best thing in the hotel is the animation team, the boss of it is Milena-sweet and nice girl... the worst thing is that the animators dont live in the hotel and its very hard for them to come three times a day... we home something to change...

  not english friendly

  where to start? first impression of Bulgaria and hotel, its a beautiful country and the hotel looked very impressive and inviting.upon arrival the taxi driver was very friendly and informative and we were suitably impressed,however went to check in and it stopped there! we approached reception and was met with a very muted welcome.They appeared not to speak English and looked less than happy to greet us,in fact the man who was supposed to check us in just walked off for no apparent reason!! the woman with him wasn't much better and didn't seem to want to tell us any information about the hotel etc.i asked her a question after being there two days and she understood completely and answered in good English!! this was the general attitude of the rest of the staff.Even asking for a drink seemed hard work! In general it seems the hotel isn't set up for English guests .There is also a total lack of information about the local area ,we had to find out everything for ourselves through the internet,which is a shame because we would have done a lot more there if we had known.now for the food .it was the usual 2 star sort of food certainly not 5 star .they serve it in big trays under lights not hotplates ,so unless you were lucky it was stone cold!! we ended up eating out its cheap enough and the food is warm! The room was spacious and adequate and was given a quick clean everyday albeit usually late afternoon early eve when you was just returning to get ready for dinner .but i think its just how ours come on the rota .usual sunbed at dawn race (was told 150 beds- 1000 room hotel) couldn't be bothered to get up at 6, we were on holiday. although annoying when your sat on a towel next to a sunbed with towels/inflatables on it and no one using them for 3 hours!! beach was really nice and only a 5 min walk again hotel sunbeds towelled up but at only 5 lev(£2.50) to hire for a day not bad.In conclusion Bulgaria /primosko is a beutifull place but hotel pormosko del sol is definitely not 5 star more like 2/3 and i would not recommend it if your from england

  Bearable stay for the money

  LIKES: Near one of the beaches Kind and smiling staff, but you should ask information by yourself Good food - fresh, varied and ample Good drinks at the bars Spacious apartment and terrace The mattresses were new and comfortable Hot water in the room at any time Security - we had no problems with our belongings during our stay Value for money. We received a satisfactory quality for the low price, we paid at the end of the season DISLIKES: No free parking No wi-fi Difficult communication in Bulgarian with the staff, most are foreigners The areas around the pool are moldy, unhygienic and worn-out. We refused to use it. Non-cultural guests with swimwear at the restaurant. Shouts, banging, smoking. Huge waste of food Reservation of sunbeds with towels in the morning No organization of smokers/non-smokers. The token machine in the arcade room is damaged - swallows money Serving and cleaning the tables at the restaurant - lousy work Neglected ground areas. The block, visible from the street has been turned into a warehouse!? This is the face of the hotel that people see at the arrival Kitchen box non-functionality - no utensils, no hot plate, no sense of the outdated steam trap Damaged and dirty doors, cabinets, terrace, floor Smell of a sewerage No anti-mosquitoes web on the doors Pillows with bumps Non-usable TV. Old, with 3-4 channels and awful colors and sound The air conditioning was dripping The shower cabin drain hardly - puddle with sand. A weak stream of the toilet cistern

  Positive feed back: - the location- nearby the North beach; - rooms are big and clean (not in the best quality but... lets say -OK); Unfortunately the all inclusive package is under any criticism. The food is awful, cooked a few things you are afraid to eat. Because of the corona virus, you line up in crazy queues to be given food by the waiters, which should be safe but waiting with many people on the line... it is crazy that we waited in the morning for coffee 30 minutes - crazy lines! Waiting for a breakfast, lunch and diner - 40 minutes minimum! The staff is very slow, these children, who must be interns, do no do anything -the tables are not clean. Honestly, I'm horrified by the level of service in the restaurant and the food! You wait at least 10 minutes for two small slices of pizza (afternoon brunch). I will not comment on the cigarette butts that were thrown under the bar table next to the pool. I do not recommend all inclusive!
