  Excelente opcion en Benguela

  El hotel esta renovado completamente; la decoracion es muy chic y sofisticada, el hotel es tres estrellas pero diria que es uno de los mejores tres estrellas de los que me he quedado en toda mi vida. El hotel cuenta con dos piscinas, restaurant, bar, peluqueria gym y spa. Todos cuidadosamente decorados. Tambien el hotel es bastante céntrico y cuenta con una buena ubicacion. Recomiendo 100 por ciento este hotel. El precio por noche es de 200 $ e incluye un buen desayuno tipo buffet.

  No volveré. Me engañaron.

  El hotel es uno de los hoteles más lujosos y modernos de Angola. El problema es que tiene una parte antigua desastrosa que no ha sido remodelada. Cuando el hotel está lleno te mandan allí y... pagas lo mismo!!! A mi me pasó la ultima vez. Ya había estado antes en habitaciones muy buenas pero esta vez, sin previo aviso me metieron en un cuarto de paredes descolchadas con olor a humedad y ni me devolvieron el dinero ni pude hacer nada. En este caso debo decir que, pese a tener una parte muy buena, han perdido un cliente de por vida.

  Excelentes instalaciones. Buen servicio, gran trato de todo el personal. Comida con gran relación calidad/precio. Precio razonable. Volveremos! Ob: tiene una parte nueva y otra más antigua. No se como estará la habitación de esta última, pero es algo más barata y será igual de limpia.

  Para ser Angola de lo mejorcito que puedes encontrar. No busques lujos, la gente muy amable y muy limpio. Internet como en todo el país funciona fatal. El desayuno normal para lo que es el país. No aceptan tarjetas de credito

  HOTEL IS BASICALLY A BROTHEL! UNSAFE! DON'T RECOMMEND IT!!

  Stayed there for a work trip and despite the clean room I did not enjoy my stay mostly because of the environment and the type of people the hotel is attracting that made me feel unsafe. The hotel has a pool area where anyone can eat and drink from the bar, it is not exclusive to guests. With my colleagues, we started noticing that it was mostly frequented by men, some guests, some not, and very young women. It didn't take us too long to realize the pool area has become a brothel of sorts. Every single night it was the same environment, drunk men going after young women and taking them into their rooms. As a woman on a work trip the last thing I wanted was to feel unsafe but that was the vibe I got. It got to the point that these men approached myself and my colleagues while we were trying to enjoy our meals or while we were working with the wrong intentions. My colleague also was awoken in the middle of the night by a drunk man knocking on her door without being able to reach the reception and call for help. Food service was very slow, it took almost an hour to get our food but the servers were very friendly and I knew it wasn't their fault but rather the hotel's fault for only having 1 person serving the entire bar and pool area. They were also not very accomodating. Breakfast was basic but filling but one day we went to the breakfast room only to find it filled to capacity. With the new COVID restrictions and it being a closed space, my colleagues and I refused to stay there and asked if we could bring our breakfast to our room only to be told that it wasn't allowed so we had to go to work without eating. Wifi was also not very reliable, had to use my data my entire trip otherwise I wouldn't have gotten anything done. Overall, if you are on a business trip, specially if you are a woman, avoid this place! We talked to the manager and the hotel was very conscious of the brothel activities and safety issues happening in ther hotel and they are doing NOTHING about it. Will never stay there again!
