  Noisy!

  We stayed here one night whilst travelling through Austria. The perk of this is free entry to the walk up the beautiful Krimml waterfalls. The room was clean and tidy although a bit of a tight fit in the room and the en-suite! A balcony made up for this although the view was onto a shopping centre! There was no fan or air con so we left our windows open which wasnt necessarily a good idea as there was a lot of noise and people shouting throughout the night probably due to being a Saturday! Breakfast was self service and ok although the layout of the food was not great. You would expect jams/conserves/honey to be near the bread? Fruit near the yoghurt? However there was plenty of good coffee! We were about to leave when it started to rain heavily so the owner kindly rang the taxi service to take us to the station.

  Wonderfull new rooms and very kind hospitality

  We had a really great time at Hotel post in Krimml. All the rooms are renovated and are very modern especially the bathroom was top notch. The rooms at the backside of the hotel gives you a fantastic panoramic view of the mountain top and view of the Krimml waterfalls. At Booking.com we booked 2 separate beds, at first we were given a room with a double bed but when I told of the separate bed booking we were given a other room and the beds were transformed to 2 separate beds. Very well solved. The Hotel itself got a nice new materials, excellent parking for your car, the breakfast was amazing ( more than enough choice and lovely bread ) and the staff was very kind and helpful. Especially Isabella the manager, she helped me retrieving my bag that I left behind in the public bus. Thanks again for the positive, kindness and relaxing atmosphere you, your family and the staff created at the 10 days me and my dad stayed at your hotel and hope to see you in winter.   The best place to stay for winter/ski holiday !

  Isabella Steger, the new manager and her famile know how to offer the best of the best: A great holiday we had and a new reservation for next year is allready made! Service, friendliness and hospitalty at the best way The big and luxury breakfast with very good coffees, fresh fruit, fresh orange juice, all kind of eggs and many home made stuff... Nice beginning of the day. Owner mister Steger is there every morning to say goodmorining to all the guests: so nice, warm and friendly. The large bedrooms are brandnew and have very good beds, pillows and bed covers. Luxury feeling in Krimml, wich is a quit and peacefull small town very near the Zillertal ski area. Welness is large, clean, beautifull and with the offered sauna-towels and bathropes we had time to relax after a day of skiing.. The a la carte "Austria-style" restaurant has a very friendly staff (nothing is too much for them). Nice team: compliments! The design of the restaurant is cosy and the (homemade) dishes are tastefull and for very reasonable prices. We had almost all days diner in the restaurant were the owner played music with the band, one of the evenings,.. Was a nice experience and every guest enjoyed this very much. Isabella & team: go further this way! Thanks for a memorable holiday we had.

  Fantastic service, fantastic staff, fantastic Hotel! We will return!

  Instead of 4 it could be a 5 star Hotel! Beautiful, comfortable, clean and big rooms, family atmosphere, plenty of opportunities for active relaxation. Terribly rich and varied breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I definitely recommend!

  Newly refurbished hotel in the city center

  Stayed here for 1 week during ski holiday with the family. Hotel has been renovated in 2019, and the rooms are all very clean and well equipped. Restaurant was standard schnitzel and fries, but well equipped for bigger parties. During winter period, there is a free bus going up the mountains, about 200 meters from the hotel, it leaves every 20 minutes or so. Overall good price, good rooms and last but certainly not least, very good beds.
