    Best hotel!!!

    Stayed for 2 weeks, first time in Greece and I had the best vacation of my life. I came with friends. The location is perfect, close to the sea. The rooms were very clean and up kept well. Food was amazing! To top it off the staff were so friendly and chatty and made my stay so much better. I will definitely be back, cant wait! Sokol was such a fun barman and he just entertains everyone!

    This is the first ever review Iv made.. The reason Im making this review is because I have loved this hotel, Im here by Myself, and from the first moment I arrived the staff made me so welcome.. the food is beautiful, the bar and drinks are very good.. I want to say thank you to SOKOL.. so cool for making me feel welcome, and hes always happy to see everyone.. also the reception staff and the cooks/Restraunt staff.. I should have checked out 3 dats ago, but I liked it that much Im staying for longer.. Definitely worth coming!!!

    Distugisting food management skills and general duties

    Food is absolutely vile bacon is hard would break a window if not teeth. Fish smelt like a sewer very poor selection of food on offer. Very few desserts to offer. I asked to have a refund on my food to go self catering and was told my food and drinks came to a total of £7 for 2 people for the week i replied yes it shows in your food maybe not quit so polite said their food was terrible but in worse words unable to type he has refused to give me any money back on my food no surprises from a robbing greek manager yet if I go to rebook for next 6 days id save £43 which is all I wanted to feed us both. To make matters worse we arrived late and our room didn't have bath as requested and the balcony was enclosed was like being in a prison and then the toilet wouldn't flush so was noisy all night and a pain to not be able to flush toilet. I complained to the staff who told me to wait to the morning so the next lot of staff could deal with it rather than him thus I ended up with no sleep that night. Yes they upgraded me but only when we asked not voluntary.there was no kettle cups spoon etc in the other room and the hair dryer doesn't work. so all in all this awful horrendous hotel and has awful food and service. Please save your money and look elsewhere you won't regret it

    Omg where do I begin! We were here less than an hour and walked straight back out! We decided to book a week here whilst we were on our summer holiday. On walking in everything seemed good. Reception area was clean and modern looking. Then it all went wrong... Got key to the room, which I might add, was said by the receptionist, was an upgrade. I asked to see the room, which she wouldnt let me, but all she said was it was an upgrade. Damp, smelly, hard bed, bathroom filthy, sofa bed, scruffy blankets in the cupboard & a yard which opened to inside the hotel. Slatted for no privacy. The yard stunk of cigarettes and looked smaller that a prison yard. Absolutely grim. Dread to think what a standard room was like. Walked to the outside bar area, no spirits on an all inc... bearing in mind we had just come from another equally priced (if not a bit cheaper) thats served everything. Pool/outside toilets were unisex, also stunk and poo in them. Obv not been cleaned all day. 3 older men laughing to us saying the only reason they booked it is for the strip clubs. Then another asking if we were a couple and up for fun. What had we booked into? Pool was overlooked by neighbouring hotel to where u also sunbathed. Just all felt like a dingy youth hostel with perverts & swingers. We got told we had a discount to be used at the bar at the front of the hotel so we walked in to be met by one of the most unwelcoming staff, so walked straight through and back to reception area. Final straw was when our son (16) was asked to buy drugs. Literally called a taxi and went. Cant understand how anyone is happy with this hotel they must have very low standards. It made me so uneasy and so glad I was with my husband as I felt violated. Book elsewhere unless u want a prison type room, sex and drugs. Disgraceful.

    Myself and family stayed here for 1 week on a last minute booking via email with the manager. The reception area is very nice and clean. The hotel is on the main road in Hersonissos so as you can expect the location is great. Room We booked a room for 3 and on arrival the receptionist gave us a choice of 2 rooms to look at and choice one. This was fantastic and was very much appreciated. We picked the room looking at the main road. The room had 3 single beds, Air Con, Balcony, safe (extra charge) and a TV. As this was covid times maid service was a request service. One issue was that the lip on the shower was not big enough so when taking a shower it flooded the whole bathroom. All Inclusive/Food Food was more than adequate, there was a pasta dish every night along with soup, usually a meat and fish dish. As its corona time the staff serve the food to you and if you want more they are more than happy to give you more. Salad was a Greek salad which was fresh and tasty. The only thing that could be changes would be the deserts. One option would be to have an ice cream option as this would be very welcomed. On a number of occasions we where out of the hotel at lunch time and requested a packed lunch from reception the night before. This was a fantastic idea and each packed lunch got a sandwich and fruit. Bar All inclusive drinks are limited to Beer/Wine/Ouzo/Raki/soft drinks and hot drinks via the drink machine on the bar. If possible it would be nice if the hotel could get a cheap house vodka or rum to add to the all inclusive list. Bar is open from 10am-10pm. The bar also does toasties which is a great idea if you miss breakfast or fancy a snack. Swimming pool/ Billiards The swimming pool is a good size and there was no problem getting sunbeds or chairs in the sun or shade. Also good pop music playing that gave the area a bit of atmosphere. Billiards table was broke one night and stole a euro off me. I would return again to the hotel as the price we paid was good value for money.
