  Near to the Airport

  Nice and clean place to stay with very responsive staff. It is very near the Calicut International airport. However, the hotel needs to sort out of supplying hot water. They rely on solar panel. The surroundings ( Malappuram area) has not got any good place to eat and especially vegetarian food. Did not try the hotel's own restaurant meal. One more thing the hotel does not recognise the bookings made through Trip advisor or its sister company Tingo). I was fortunate that they had a room when I checked in and paid them next day check out. Hopefully, Trip advisor shall refund the cost and the inconvenience caused us.

  EXCELLENT PLACE

  I have been a guest to this hotel since many years. Hotel is excellent in terms of location its close to the airport Staff are very courteous and helpful Food is excellent The new management is upgrading the hotel in terms of service and hospitality Rooms are very Comfortable, neat and clean. Free WIFI. Complimentary Breakfast Available, Ample Car Parking. I recommend this hotel.

  Close to Airport

  A decent place near to Calicut International Airport (a plus point). Rooms are neat, clean. Restaurant is average. Staff is helpful.The plus point is it is very close to airport and good for travellers who will use Calicut airport for their travel

  Average customer service spoiled the experience

  Staye there a month ago with family for 2 days. The service, except for the restaurant, has been decent and there's 24 hours wifi. But the service by the servers in the attached restaurant spoiled the overall experience. Our family are pure vegetarians and we mentioned the same to the staff for lunch. Still, we were served fish curry, with pieces of fish in it. When we pointed the same to the staff, the person looked apologetic and walked away instead of taking it from our table! Even the tea cups had stains in the bottom that I'd to remove with tissue paper. The management there needs to seriously improve the customer service.
