  Quiet location, good quality and helpful staff

  I stayed at the Pioneer Plaza for two weeks, it is a nice and well furnished hotel. The rooms are of good quality and have air conditioning. There is a solar hot water system providing lots of hot water but you have to let the tap run for a while before it comes through. The government bus station is a five minute walk away and Rai ka Bagh station is even closer. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop is tranquil and has a great view of the fort, city wall and palace. For a more authentic Indian hotel experience I would recommend Pioneer Plaza.

  Pathetic Pioneer Plaza Hotel of Jodhpur

  Regarding this hotel AC was not working, Shower in bathroom was not working, There was no proper arrangement of water outlet in bathroom It was clogging. There was mosquito in bedroom , many insects was there on bed, Room was very small, I have shown insects to reception guys but no response. They were not having Bills, When I have asked Bill they have given me in a peace of written paper. This is pathetic hotel. They have just given nice statement and pics on internet on real nothing is such. I don't think I will recommend any one to use as the quality was not nice, I am sorry to say but that's the truth.

  A hotel where NOTHING works

  Had a 2 days stay at the hotel in Nov 2016. It is one of the OYO Rooms affiliated hotel but I think it is a blot on the reputation of OYO rooms. Nothing actually worked at the Hotel - Food (got ill), TV (1970 models), Bathroom (Taps leaked and no shower cover), Bathroom utilities (given on demand), Wifi (did not work at all). Staff (unprofessional, untidy and very very desi), Linen (Dirty and unwashed) and for an extra bed, we were provided mattress on floor. The only consolable thing about the hotel is its location but to be honest, one can find other hotels in the area much better than that. Please stay away from this hotel. Its No value for your money.

  excellent hotel

  excellent hotel with excellent service. excellent rrom service excellent room pleasant location tasty food driver room not available but provide quilt complimentary break fast is awesome Provide bath kit & sleeper

  Not to the expected level

  I didn't expect this low service quality. The restrooms don't have latches. The bed sheets are not properly sanitized. When we entered the hotel no body was there to welcome us. Maybe because we went to Holi , we couldnt see any workers in the hotel. The only good about this hotel is that it is located in a good locality with good ambience.
