  Pleasant stay

  I stayed for 2 nights with my husband before travelling further up the coast. The hotel staff were friendly on arrival, they didn't speak much english but tried their best. Room was very small with not a lot of room to move around. We ate in the hotel for breakfast and for lunch one day. We weren't informed on arrival that you need to give the chef your order an hour before lunch so luckily he agreed to do us some pasta and fish for lunch or otherwise we would have missed out. The gardens are small but pleasant enough to sit in and relax. Hotel about a 5 min walk from the beach. The private parking had plenty spaces. Very basic but did the job.

  Pleasant, Affordable, Not the Best

  My boyfriend and I enjoyed three nights at the beautiful Pietrasanta Marina. Absolutely recommend this sandy gorgeous beach with warm waters and with a spectacular backdrop of mountains. Note that beaches are private and we ended up paying $38 Euro to rent lounge chairs and an umbrella for the day. The Hotel Pinmar was relatively affordable and less than a 10 min walk from the beach. The hotel has a lovely patio for guests but the rooms leave much to be desired. While they are clean, they are small and un-luxurious. The staff are friendly with limited English, which should be expected for the area. Also, I highly recommend a trip to the main Pietrasanta area for dinner and drinks. On our next trip we would look elsewhere as there are plenty of options.

  Great place to stay!

  Actually we found "almost" everything about this hotel good: the location, patio and garden around the hotel with enough and inviting sits for relaxing ... great breakfast (!), one can enjoy it on the terrace; service nice, friendly and helpful ... The beach is within less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Important!: the parking lot belonging to the hotel is large and for free! The only "almost" is the size of the rooms....but , who wants to stay in a room when the nature, sea...beautiful cities and piazzas of Piza, Lucca, Pietrasanta, Cinque Terre, and even Florence are so close :) :) Absolutely worth and beautiful place for short and LONGER stays! We will be back! :)

  Not bad

  A bit dated but pleasant. Clean. Nice veranda to sit outside in the evening. Its like theres nothing bad to say about this hotel really, at the same time for this price youd expect it to be just a bit better. Staff members were the same some were very nice others not so much.

  Wonderful Time in Toscana

  Friendly and absolutly helpful staff - the hotel is very well furnished and very clean atmosphere. Room was perfect with a fantastic air conditioning and we sleep very well. We will certently suggest this hotel for a pleasant stay in Marina Di Pietrasanta.
