  Good value for money

  Pietro is the hotels biggest asset. Very friendly and always ready to assist. You can ask him anything. The breakfast included is good. The rooms are well heated and very clean. The hotel is not luxurious but very good value for money and comfortable. Can recommend.

  Chose another place!

  Its terrible! We booked a room with balcony (few months ago) and its was described as a room with balcony. It is a very expensive hotel and we chose this one because of this. Once we arrived they simply put us on a room with no balcony in the ground floor, with terrible WiFi, and when asked about our reservation they said just sorry and they couldnt do anything. WiFi doesnt works in the room like said on website. Dont trust in this description! They dont care about their guests!

  A Disappointing Stay

  Broken tiles on entrance. Wasps throughout property, including on the breakfast buffet. No water on one afternoon for shower. Room not cleaned well - human hair on bedside table. Breakfast mediocre. Staff, the few that there were, were not friendly. The hotel lacked any kind of welcoming atmosphere and was a disappointing experience. Not a place we would recommend staying.

  Close to the Dolomite mountains

  We chose this hotel to stay close to Dolomite mountains. We went in the low season so we didn't expect the hotel to be buzzing with staff. The staff that were there were helpful with things to see and gave us a map of the area. We had a beautiful view from a somewhat spartan room. We bought some food from the supermarket and hoped to be able to heat it up however apparently there was no Microwave at the hotel to do that??? This was a bit of a downer on a cold rainy day.

  Disappointing Coronavirus crisis management (very irresponsible hotel that prioritise business to health)

  We booked 4 room in the hotel to come from 1st-5th of March 2020. On the 23 of February the World Health Organisation recommended not to travel to the region where the hotel is located (Veneto). We contact them to move the trip to one year later or get a refund and they told that they have fares that allow to get a refunds or changes in dates but this was not the case of our fare. We try to justify that COVID-19 (coronavirus) was a force majeure and they reply that until the Italian government didn't close the hotel or all the ski resorts of the Dolomites they will not do any refund and they insisted that there was not risk for us to come. Italian government closed the hotel and ski resorts on the 8th of March due to the high number of infected people during ski trips to the slopes the week that we plan to come. Airline and rental car company refund the full amount of the trip even if the fare was not refundable nor changeable based on the recommendation of the world health organisation
