  Hotel Petunia Private House

  The house that we stayed in was brilliant, it easily fit 5 people and with couples could comfortably fit 9 people. The staff were extremely helpful and came whenever we called. The house was only about a 6 minute walk to the closest beach and a 8 minute stroll into town. The kitchen was well equipped and left very clean. There was also air conditioning in two bedrooms and in the living area. Great for a very reasonable price.

  Not value for money

  The hotel is extremely old, everything was ready to fall appart and the bathroom was dirty. The owners were polite to us. Location is central and the hotel is quiet. All in all, i wouldnt recommend it. It is expensive for what it offers

  Cheap, wih good location

  To be honest, you have to be clear with yourself what are you paying and what are you expecting for that money (value for money). Hotel (this is not classic hotel, this is apart hotel) is on a good position, some 200m from main street, sea line, in Neos Marmaras, with all restaurants, souvenir shops and similar...location is not great, it is tight, between lots of similar and private buildings, but it is like in 95% of accommodation in Neos, or any other small city on sea coast. Parking is on street, again, very tight, and you have it if you manage to come before others. :-) Cleanliness if on good level, room are cleaned on daily base, towels not changed on same, but if you request change, it is done. Hot water is present at all times, which is also a point in some accommodations. Also, good thing is all time working AC. Helped very much... Wi-Fi, which they have, is located in the center of the building, so if your room is near center you will have it in room. Otherwise, you have to get out of your room, to be in common area to have some access. Food, if you are in BB model, is very poor. One type of chees and salami, some butter and jam in small portions, not very great. So regarding expectations for food, it is better to take RR than BB. Now, in a place with 18+ rooms, you can not expect some quiet time. Kids, which are, by my assumption, of people who work there, are loud from 7am to 2am...no house order regarding quiet time, so do not expect that. Also, one important point. If you do not speak Greek or Russian, you will have hard time explaining what your needs, likes or dislikes. We were in a group of 4, speaking Serbian, English and German, and we managed to explain some on English, but after half an hour on mobile phones, looking for someone who can speak both English and Greek, so that he can explain. Translator needed. ;-) Basically, it is cheap, and that is main point. Good position, clean.

  so low qualityyy

  first we went to a room with no air-condition... they offered us a room with air condition after one hour that we were trying to find someone at the reception room... the room was dirty, noisy with disgusting toilet-shower... its a bit expensive

  DO NOT BOK THIS SKIT - Petunia

  WARNING FOR THIS (so-called) HOTEL-Petunia Do not waste your money! Do not waste your holiday on this heinous horse stable turned into so-called hotel !!! This was the Dirty place we had ever visited! We were two couples one from Australia and we from Sweden who booked two nights, the placed us first night at the apartmen outside of town. Dirty despicable apartmen! Booked Hotel with breakfast and private parking, it was on Boking.se! We had to park instead on a narrow street with absolute traffic hazard! NOTE! If not Boking.se not remove this terrible house, I will never use their app! WARNING for this so-called hotel - Petunia !!! NEVER BOOK THIS CRAP - "Petunia"
