  Demasiadas cosas malas.

  Hay tantas cosas malas que aunque parezca bueno, no lo es. No es un lugar para descansar. Empezando por el servicio de habitaciones totalmente indigno. De tres camas, solo hacen una y la hacen tirando la sábana por encima. Por otro lado, no ponen ni champú ni papel así que si te quedas sin y no los encuentras vas apañado. En segundo lugar, el spa es terrible. Millones de personas hacen que sea imposible relajarse, además de haber gente saltando y gritando. La sauna es enana y por mucho que te guste, se te quitan las ganas de ir. Ya por último, en el restaurante hasta el día 17/01 ofrecían agua gratuita e ilimitada durante el desayuno y la cena. A partir de entonces, dejaron de servirla y la cobran a 2. Me parece injusto que un servicio que era gratis pase a ser de pago y mucho más si el servicio es agua para cenar. En resumen: -NO HACEN LAS HABITACIONES -EL SPA ES DE TODO MENOS RELAJANTE -EL PERSONAL NO ES ATENTO NI AMABLE -COBRAN CARO COSAS QUE ERAN GRATUITAS.

  2 week ski holiday

  Another great stay in this Hotel. My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks for skiing. The weather was fantastic all 2 weeks. The runs were well covered with artificial snow. The hotel was very busy but everything was first class. The staff didn't speak much English except the reception staff who spoke excellent English. The staff were generally very helpful and friendly. All facilities were clean and working excellently.

  Recent ski trip

  I had a standard room with my 2 children and i would describe it as functional . Nothing too fancy but did the job could have done with a kettle though ! my friend had a bigger room with a lounge and a kitchen well worth the upgrade which was very little . food was ok staff were also helpful and friendly lesuire facilities were great large pool steam room ans sauna all included i would stay again 100%

  Could be so much better

  This hotel has all the basics but just a few small changes would make all the difference. We had a room with a kitchenette, microwave, hob, toaster but not utensils or dishes to use it. I asked for a kettle several times, didn't get one. Our toilet lid broke, it stayed on the bathroom floor afterwards for our entire stay despite me telling the cleaner and reception. The room didn't feel cosy, no pictures or anything to make it look more cheery. The breakfast seemed to have a lot on it but to be honest I couldn't eat any of it, glad we didn't get up most of the time. It's quite convenient for the town and the shuttle bus to the gondola was very much appreciated. It isn't what I would call a 4*, more like a 3. The spa and pool were adequate, water was a little on the cold side for me but nothing special. The garden was shut despite us having gloriously sunny weather, seems a bit daft if it's nice regardless of the season.

  Disgusting!!!!!!!

  We stayed at room 336. THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY!!!!! Also, in the room there isn't hair dryer. When I asked in the reception for hair dryer the woman in the reception just laugh and she told that "they don't have now, if you want tomorrow". And for the cleanliness problem the staff of the reception told me "we can change the room tomorrow". But i stayed just 2 nights and i didn't want to change the room just for one night. General, there isn't a 4 star hotel!!!!!!!!! It is almost a 2 star hotel.... I have gone in Bansko so many times and i know that there are other hotels that are very clean and value for money!!!!!! I don't recommend this hotel, because it is disgusting.....
