  what a great spot to spend the night. A homecoming feeling in a serene beautiful setting. Great hosts which served the most extraordinary food you can imagine. On top of it all most relaxing quiet night in a modest room with a nice ensuite. We will return on every occasion.

  Country Hotel outside nowhere with a stunning beer collection

  Reached this countryside hotel in a snowy weather and was welcomed by the family with a beer from a collection only seen outside Sweden. Cozy place with a home cooked meal aside the open fireplace. Rooms are clean, adequate and well maintained. Bathroom small (smallest I have ever seen) but up to date. Beware of the door into the room if you are tall and the sounds you are making. The walls are not sound prof ;-) Excellent Wifi in the room. Ok standard Scandinavian breakfast - no bacon - eggs were well cooked but cold!

  Very nice country hotel

  Small hotel in the countryside near Åsbro. Rooms basic but perfectly fine. Husband and wife owners were very nice and very helpful. Nice view of the lake from the room. Optional dinner meal was very good.

  romantic small room with a small, but clean bathroom and big shower.bathroom looked very new.the bed was like a trampoline, but if you like it soft and flexible you'll be happy with it.good breakfast (bred,ham, fish and cheese, hard cooked egg, juice, yoghurt and cereal). when we booked the room we've left a message that they shall send us the menue for dinner, unfortunatly they never wrote back.if you want to have dinner there, make sure you get an answer.

  Nice hotel and beautiful surroundings incl.bath possibilities

  A perfect place about 14-15 km north of Askersund. so called in the middle of nowhere but beautiful surroundings and a quietness that is perfect( at least for us). We had a dinner there both Friday and Saturday; the last one with about 2o other people. The hotel was asked Friday afternoon and we went there Saturday. One course and dessert -well done and very good. Bathing possibilities on the property( about 3-4 minutes to go(fresh water). Enjoy - it was in the last July days about 20 degrees C. very good servering of Covid-19 breakfast( refregerator with milk, juice,meat,cheese, vegetables and fruit). Well done!!! Something we miss? No areas to sit except in the bed room - that is something to be considered. A living room or something else would have been nice to use. The bed room is not good enough in our opinion. Covid- and cleaning: only 50% of the rooms are in use . After use, the steam the room, wash it and it is not used the firstcoming night. Well done Something to complain? The alcoholic beverages are rather highly priced( Systembolaget x 3,5 more or less).
