Rural comfortNice and clean room with basic facilities. Got a great deal for RM 100 nett for a twin sharing room with a great view of the town... no breakfast tho. The beds probably need to be changed as they were a bit sunken when I slept on it. Friendly reception. Wi-Fi provided. One set back, we were attending a seminar at the 7 th floor, the air condition was at maximum and the participants were cold. Few calls by the organizers to the reception but the maintenance personnel never turned up till the end of the seminar. If the hotel wants to alleviate its service to an international level, then it has to look at such issues. Overall good stay.

bad room service foodme and family visited keningau for a paramotor flying event organized by family's friend. we stay for a night. we stay in the family room. the room is good with basic facility. we just extremely dissapointed with the room service food. we ordered beef rendang and ayam curry which served with rice, carrot juice and epal juice. the beef rendang was obviously old rendang which been heated multiple time. the curry ayam was totally rubbish too and tatse like old food. the price was ridiculous (rm 25 for both meal) . the juice were over price too with awfull taste and presentation (rm12.5)i doubt the manager knew about this thing. we regret to stay and order room service and definitely move out from this hotel after first night although we initially plan to stay for 2 night. definitely not to try the breakfirst (rm 12 ala carte per head)

Good for overnight stayWe stayed here for one night whilst travelling Borneo. We rented a deluxe king room. Although this hotel looks great when you arrive I was disappointed overall. The room was clean and ok, the restaurant food was average and unfortunately for us there was two private parties going on in both function rooms, the music was defening, also there was a large coach party booking in , sadly it was all a bit chaotic , consequently the service failed on all levels. The wifi was useless in the rooms but ok in reception. Not in any hurry to return.

Great Place for exploringStayed here for two nights whilst on a Rainforest Adventure. Lovely Hotel friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Food was served buffet style but you did not go without there was so much. Lovely location overlooking a sports stadium, it was great fun we were on h9oliday and every morning plenty of people running around the running track.

Hotel Quite Good But Oh The FOOD!!!!!Recently stayed at this hotel as part of a tour, on arrival we were made welcome then shown to our room. It was adequate for the stay but beds not that comfortable, wifi was hit and miss and by moving a foot the signal was lost. Problems came with the food ( or lack of decent food),we are put into a little side room down some steps because the hotel was hosting religious meals. The first night the food was barely warming not a good variety, breakfast the next morning was cold because they had not lit warming lights under the trays. But the meal that night was atrocious, it was barely warm for the same reasons as breakfast , the "beef" curry consisted of gelatinous fat in a sauce. Our guides complained but no other food sorted. We were allowed though to go out into the main body of the hotel to have some of the food that had been prepared for the locals meal. Unfortunately all meats etc had gone so brad and butter pudding washed down with luke warm coffee had to suffice. They hadn't learnt from these mistakes and yes breakfast was cold AGAIN!!
