  Very cute boutique hotel comforts of home very clean & quiet nice little area in residential Grinzing wine district. Just stayed one night & perfect Breakfast included very nice staff. Bit away from center of town but good gor visiting friends in district 19

  Como en casa!

  Estuvimos tres noches y la verdad muy bien. No es un hotel d lujos es sencillo pero muy confortable, limpio y cómodo. El trato muy bueno el desayuno tb muy completo. Es de la vieja escuela hostelera y familiar. Tiene en sus alrededores tavernas tipicas donde bes realmente a los locales y no de cara al turismo. Esta en las afueras y si no se tiene coche alquilado mejor mirar otra opción.

  Disappointing

  We selected this hotel based on internet reviews. As a **** hotel its disappointing. The hotel is very noisy at night (dogs and crying children). There is no airco or any ventilation. The bathroom is small and outdated and lacks ventilation. Our rooms were situated at the terrace. At 6 they started to prepare breakfast and this woke us up. At 7 a group of noisy Italians had their breakfast right under our window. We could sleep less then 5 hours per night. We were 3 night in this hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel which is *** at best (not **** as advertised). The prices are **** though. We paid 865 for three nights with two rooms. The breakfast was excellent.

  2 nights for gluvien & christmas market

  Very nice hotel, very nice people, a little out of the city, but we liked that. a great "Austrian feel" to this hotel. A 30 min bus / tram trip in, but once you got the hang of it, the bus's are uber efficient! if you don't want the City Centre hub-bub and like some quiet but still within easy reach - this is a great place, nice restaurants around also.

  Nowhere near claimed 4 star

  Terrible cleaning/restocking service. Never clean gym during my 5 day stay. We only serve breakfast. No other meals available.......4 star really??? Owners allow their Doberman to harass you/your table during breakfast. Only positives - Great breakfast choice and surprisingly well equipped gym
