  Beyond expectations! Great Hotel!

  Great hotel with an extraordinary value for money and courtesy! I had to book to Pennile last second given that a previous reservation to another hotel didn't go through. It was among the most affordable hotels in town and I just booked a room with no big expectations. They have been extremely kind and responsive. The room was big (I'm no longer used to big rooms in hotels!), super clean, with A/C (not always the case for hotels in Italy) and with a nice private balcony. If I understood correctly the hotel remains a family business and I think it is what makes the difference in terms of service, kindness and courtesy. The staff at the reception was indeed very helpful. Totally recommended. Additional note: there's a nice terrace for drinks and chat at the entrance and a pizzeria&restaurant next to it ("Mister OK") which is open late hours and has good food. Very convenient arrangement!

  Good value hotel in beautiful city

  Comfortable hotel 20 minutes walk from old city. Modern interior, room spacious but walls are not very sound proofed. Very helpful staff, good continental breakfast, ample parking outside. Great for exploring Ascoli Piceno and surrounding places of interest (such as Offida and the Sibellini National Park)

  Great place with parking

  We stay at hotel pennile when we come to the AP. The location is perfect for our needs and visiting family. Parking the car is easy since we always find a parking spot. Rooms are clean and wifi is good. Breakfast is enough and good. Marco the son speaks English. Nice and quiet sleep!

  Basic but friendly and ticks all the boxes

  I had tried to drive into the centre of Ascoli Piceno at night and in the rain. The pedestrian area and one way system made for a nightmare. Impossible to get close to any of the hotels in the centre. I withdrew to the outskirts and received a warm welcome. They directed me to a nearby pizzeria for a snack. In the morning the staff spent ages recommending where to park for the centro storico, also where to stay outside town. Good value and convenient, recommended.

  Nice family run hotel

  Nice hotel, outside the city but Ascoli Piceno can easily be reached by walking. Quiet hotel, nice and clean rooms. Very friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast, free parking in front of the hotel. A place to remember.
