I was here as en elephant volunteer. I stayed 4 weeks in the Park Inn Hotel. The people here are really friendly, they smile all the time and they help where ever they can. I made also some jungle tours and the people from the hotel helped me to organise. The rooms are good! I had one double and one single bed in my room and a big van. You have your one bathroom and the moskitos couldn't come in throw the windows. The hotel has beautiful sitting places - also with vans. The hotel is not in the centre of the town so you have 10-15 minutes to walk to town.

THE NICEST VACATION RESORT IN CHITWAN, NEPALThe staff were so attentive. I had been in Nepal for three weeks and was a little worn out, I came in by tour bus tired and thirsty, without having to ask I was handed a cold orange beverage, just what I needed. The food is outstanding with all the spices and flavors that make me love food from the Asian Continent and well worth the wait. They prepared everything fresh when I ordered it, so delicious I occasionally overate and had to take a nap. Everyday they treated me like I was their most important guest, taking me to the cultural museum, a parade, a dance show, and for a walk through the jungle. The high light was the time they arranged for me to spend with the elephants. I was able to make the Elephant Mo Mo and feed her. I was taken to the breading center where I was given the afternoon to just watch these new babies and their families interact. And if that were not enough they arranged for me to go to the river and help wash one of the Momma elephants and was she ever a character. I think I was the one who got the bath. My only regret is that I didn't bring my entire family here with me. They would have had the best week of their lives.

Elephant volunteer for 1 weekHighly recommended hotel to stay in Chitwan. First of all, the owner and the staff here are very friendly, the food they served everyday are really good, full of varieties such as Nepalese food, pasta, english breakfast. If you are a wifi type of person, you should consider about this hotel as they provide a good wifi and other facilities like shower that comes with hotwater, fans, and alot of switches to be used. Although a little downside would be no electricity sometimes, if this happen, you can always go outside to the garden to enjoy the surrounding or walk around the area.

1 week unforgettable experience in ChitwanIts a nice experience here and we had an unforgettable experience for voluntary work as well as exploring the national park. The people here are so friendly and considerate that they would try their best to help us solve every kind of problems. Anyway, it would be a wonderful experience that I would remember all my life time.
