  Good hotel for the price and location, its an old hotel need lots of improvement renovation, but the location is ideal to visit other places around puncak,cisarua.Hotel its self situated on the main roads easy access to all types transport.Hotel is big have a good pool also pool for kids, rooms are old first floor rooms have panoramic view nice to enjoy a sunset and sunrise from room.Have air condition but we didn't use it coz the weather not too hot in September.Have a restaurant on the ground floor, also buffet breakfast.Buffet is basic,,reception staff speak english,but not all staff, we stayed three nights, this hotel was very convenient to visit other places.

  Dissapointment

  Hotel really worn down. Rubbish around hotel area not thrown out. Black ant everywhere in the room including on bed. Complained to reception, but no action taken. Floor room very dirty thus feet becomes black. No wonder room slippers are given. Paint on wall is peeling out. Door of closet is broken. No lift, have to carry our luggage using staircase. In short, everything about the hotel is wrong

  Annual Family Holiday

  The hotel is surprisingly still open for business. The rooms are so run down, dirty, smelly. Especially the toilet. Tiles are dirty, on the basin even tiles have broken and yet they still sell the room. Will never come back or recommend to friends.

  The worst and the dirtiest place Ive ever stayed in

  Really Bad Bad Bad Bad place . its like a dumpster with all mosquitos types in the world the sheet bed and pillow was dirty more the dirty. I feel like *** just looking at the place. The money none refundable the room unchangeable !!!!!!!!! This is a scam and a ripoff. I saw a beautiful place and the picture where nice . but Ill show you the truth . no soap the tissue only in the bathrooms . The wifi only works in the bathroom when you stick your phone to the mirror. The place filled with cracks and mold yup MOLD . They gave us two bottles of water though. If any one Thinks of booking here just thin again . Even if you rented a motor and it rained heavily and you had to . DO NOT Doooooo NOT just wait until the rain chills thin choose any other clean place . mybe a box in the street is better.

  stategic location and good swimming pool for children

  old style hotel, location are strategic side of the puncak main road, near Cimory, TWM (Taman Wisata Matahari), Taman Safari, center or souvenirs. little breakfast option, jogging track. clean and quite big swimming pool and waterpark , good swimming pool for children
