  Excelente hotel

  Estuve este verano y sin duda repetiria, Es un hotel muy bien situado al lado de zona comercial y cines, limpio,moderno y muy nuevo , con buenas instalaciones, sala de lavandería y varios restaurantes , UN HOTEL PERFECTO !

  Unique Room and spacious hotel

  My 1st time staying here and the room caught my attention as is located at basement and I was like wow when enter the room which is like a cruise theme big spacious room for me to rest and a big TV infront of my bed to let me enjoy my movies. Noise level is at the minimum and Toilet is definitely big enough. They do provide hotpot breakfast which I just get to know(but not at the moment cause of covid 19) and there is coin laundry washing machine for guest to use. Is walking distance to ximending shopping area and there is a drinking place just beside the hotel. Receptionist provide good information and all are friendly I Wii be back to stay at the same room when I am back.

  Rude attitude at the front desk (Sherry Chen)

  We checked in on Sep 17 2020. The front desk lady Sherry Chen had a rude attitude towards us during our check in process. We were applying the governments travel reimbursement () and had many confusions. She did not have any patience towards us nd was reluctant to explain any detail. Need a way better training!

  Amazing hotel close to ximending

  Hotel is located within walking distance to ximending which is really convenient. Its like a container concept and room and bathroom were quite good. Only thing is the shower door is rusty so thats a bit disgusting. Breakfast is at the hot pot restaurant next door. Simple yet delicious. Not much Taiwanese food but the lu rou fan was pretty good

  Best Hotel in Taipei

  This got to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. As you arrive at the hotel the transfer pick-up that was arranged by the hotel was great. The person driving was extremely kind and he helped us to carry all our luggage and even offered to tour us around. The concierge is really kind, sadly I was not able to get the name. They were extremely accommodating. The interior of the hotel is so pretty and the rooms were comfortable and homey. The first day, the heater was working but the second day, it broke down and my mom had to ask someone to help us fix the heater. The staff was apologetic and gave us a new room to stay in and apologized for the inconvenience, and it was even an upgrade from our original room. He was willing to help and will do anything in order for us to have a memorable stay. He is one of the best staff that this hotel could have, The hotel also has a breakfast that comes with it and the food is phenomenal. The hotspot for breakfast every day is so good, the coffee tea duo is unbeatable. The place was extremely clean but it is self-service. There are staff to accommodate you if you need help, just a few walks there is a place that sells shaved ice dessert and it is soft and delicious. The hotel is also situated in an area where there are already a lot of shopping centers and around 10 minutes walk in order to go to the train station. The location is perfect and Taiwan is pretty small which taking the train is more than enough to explore the city.
