  Beautifull spot with the best service!

  El hotel está en la parte más alta de la ciudad antigua, es hermoso, tiene una vista espectacular hacia ambos lados de la bahía. Lo mejor de todo es el excelente servicio, la amabilidad es la regla, todos muy atentos buscando lo mejor de tu estadía (yo estuve 5 días). La piscina es pequeña, pero perfecta para un baño nocturno, el restaurante con música en vivo y desayunos agradables al aire libre. Las habitaciones son bonitas, con buenas camas. Si vas con maletas te van a buscar a la entrada de la ciudad amurallada dado que los autos no pueden subir. Al rededor hay restaurantes y bares muy buenos. A 20 minutos en auto hay una playa espectacular para practicar kitesuf. Todas las noches hay fuegos artificiales que lanzan cerca. De verdad, un lugar de ensueño. Viajo bastante y casi nunca escribo referencias, pero en esta ocasión, Hotel Palata Venezzia y su gente lo tienen más que merecido. Espero volver el 2020!

  Fantastic Place to Appreciate the Beauty of Ulcinj

  We are back at one of our most favourite hotels and arrived to a very kind and warm reception from the staff who have grown to be our friends over the years. Given the current climate and situation we have felt very safe since arriving in Montenegro, we were picked up from the airport by the hotel and everywhere has great procedures and safety protocols in place to enable you to feel relaxed. The staff and facilities are still presented to the same high standards as ever. We are enjoying our time either snorkeling in the sea or lounging by the pool. Looking forward to eating in the restaurant to sample the cuisine from the new chef. We have already booked to come back twice next year. If you are considering visiting Montenegro then this town and this hotel are a must as you will be treated as a friend by this family run hotel whether are a returning guest like us or if it's your first time.   Great place, aweful food

  Excellent atmosphere of the real ancient castle where the hotel located. You will not find here habitual 4* hotel, but you will be excited of this place. Awesome sightseeing. Pretty nice and polite girl administrator proposed us a suite bigger than we booked. Clean enough. But. Rooms are not very new, a bit shabby furniture, bathroom, etc. No bath gel, shampoo. No bottled water. Only in the bar, 3 per bottle, no any shop around, so it's not very polite for 4*. And the main "but". Never eat there. First day. We got poisoned by breakfast. Son of the owner proposed me a mineral water. No apologies. Told that all food is always fresh there. Second day. With fruits was served wrinkled old peach. Ok, guys, everythig is fresh, haha. Last day. With fruits was served rotten grapes in the white mold. I showed this to the owner's sun. He called their chief and just went away to drink coffee. No apologies again. By the way, the chief was in the dirty tshirt at 11 am, so it was dirty not the first day. Well, if you read this, Mr. Son of the owner, at least you have to apologize to guests. And do something with your kitchen. People here even wrote they were served with the rotten fish at your restaurant.

  Need to visit this place !

  Couldnt have been better. Hotel was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed (and lots of lovely people). Palata Venezia was very helpful and the location was great.The service is so friendly.We recommended you to go to visit this place.Very clean and stylish place.The bed was super comfy and clean everything was perfect,see you next year. :)

  Like a fairy-tale

  We haven't got any idea that this is such an amazing place. Me and my boyfriend have stopped because we set up to taste some National dishes recommended by side of kind waiter. We eat this tasty food and then we came on idea to stay for a day even we have stayed in Ulcinj in some other hotel for few days. We got a beautiful room located near the swimming pool and we really enjoyed. Next time, we will for sure stay all time in this wonderful place.
