  Wonderful place

  This village is really beautiful; the rooms are big and clean, the hotel is into a forest, then very cool, the pools are nice even if not very big, it's 20meters far from the beach, the sea is pretty clean even if the beach is not that big. Overall a very nice place with a wonderful animation team. The animation team is great; if you want to join, you can but, if you just want to relax, they invite you and when you reply "no thanks", they don't further bother you. It's a very entertaining animation team which allows you to either rest or join their funny games & shows (especially the "E fuori nevica" and "the beauthy and the beast" are so nice and well prepared which you hardly will see anywhere else. So congratulations......the structure is not either that expensive considering what it offers.....the restaurant is extremely good, food is well cooked and with variety of meat and fish.....overall, a great summer break!!! The only weak part if the wi-fi connection; every time the handy goes on key protection, you have to enter again id and password.....it should be definitevely improved.

  Very clean, excelent food, NO kids friendly ( except italian ones ). Nothing to visit, except CalaViolina (1day). Very expensive, club card...bull shet!!! Kids club... (Not mentioned- only for kids who speak italian) Nothing extra to offer instead!!

  muy bueno y divertido!

  lugar explendido, se come muy rico y saludable, nos divertimos bastante, la animacion excelente el staff muy amable y divertido a los pequenos les encanto sobre todo Francesco Preci " Checco", espontâneo, carismático atrae la atencion de chicos y grandes siempre con una bellisima sonrisa. resultado vacaciones innolvidables!

  The worst place I've ever was

  First of all I should say to take care of choosing the hotel (4stars) and not the residence (2stars) that was so small that we almost could not move. The first night we decided to try the restaurant of the hotel but it was a horrible experience! As we arrived the staff told us unkindly that the tables for three people had already been laid for one time, so they gave us a very small table for two. They treated us very badly and the plates we ordered were so uneatable that we left them almost untouched. Ill-judged!!

  Great service but horrible food

  Lovely place for children with pools, beach and games. Customer service was amazing, rooms were average and wifi connection and food were pretty bad. From Australia I understood the place is under new management and have started to make changes already.
