  Ovepriced, badly needing renovation...

  Stayed for a couple of days in off season. Hotel is barely 3 star, and for that level if accommodation is heavily overpriced. Room was outdated, furniture on the shabby side, small crt TV with remote kept in one piece with duct tape. Bathroom fittings were barely operative, and room was to hot. It has small pool and sauna, but you don't get bathrobes, receptionist said we don't need it, and we needed it badly, as well as sleepers. Try undressing in 10m2 wardrobe with one shower, when a lady occupied only bench trying to dress her two kids, and two people are waiting their turn on the shower. Bring your robe and sleepers if you want to use "the spa". Service was decent, especially the receptionist. The best thing about this hotel is the location, but almost every hotel on Vlasic is close to ski slopes. Don't want to come back and wouldn't recommend this place.

  Not really a holiday

  At the beginning of our stay,they gave us a room with one small window that looks on a wall of another house..no sunlight at all.After we complained they gave us a room over the kitchen with a big noise from kitcher ventilators.They said they did not have others,so not a great beginning.Dinner was poor...Would not wish to repeat this experience.

  They gave us inferior rooms in an other hotel

  I had booked 30 rooms well in advance for a rally with classic cars. I had been there initially and the room which I was given was fine, maybe not very clean but it looked OK. The food was terrible (the chicken seemed to be the sole of a shoe). But I needed a hotel in the region. A few months later hey had lost my booking. So I had a big problem. After many e-mails they said they could reinstall my booking but I would have to pay all in advance. You guess where this is going. When we arrived half of us was put in the old part of the hotel and the other half in a dormitory nearby. And since eI had paid, there was nothing I could do. Some of us went out looking for other accommodation since the dormitory smelled awful. And the dinner was still not good. Drinks then ? Impossible to get unless you first make a deposit in cash on your room. Bad luck if you have to sleep in the dormitory.

  Amazing

  Great hitel with very friendly staff. Swimming pool was great. For brekfast there were different kind of meal wit great taste. I strongly recomanded this place for visiting. It is particulary nice ti visit this place during winter time.
