  clean, quiet, great pool

  Good: Excellent, quiet, very clean, small hotel, small pool cleaned daily with beautiful oak tree next to pool with chairs and tables. Also great for families to keep eye on kids. Cold drinks, frappe, coffee and ice-creams at reception. 5 min walk to bakery, supermarket, shops, eateries, beach. great place for families with children. Owners Panagios and Eutixia are very kind and helpful. Quiet and away from the loud expensive beachfront hotels. Rooms are big enough, with tv and a small kitchen, street parking outside. Room 25 had large balcony, quiet area evenings, couple clothes supplied (handy) and window overlooks the pool area. Their pet little dog is quiet and well behaved; they also have little kittens (great for kids). We stayed 10 days and loved it from beginning to end. Not Good: there were quite a lot of pigeons near the pool area, wifi weak in rooms but great near pool. For families bring more clothes lines to hang swimming bathers. No fly/ mosquito screens on door or windows, unfortunate you can open windows for fresh air. No washing machine, no dishwasher, no hairdryer. Pillows were hard and stiff, gave me severe neck-aches. Sofa beds are old, dusty, not comfortable for kids to sleep on in room 25. If they upgrades these issue it should be three star place.

  Very good

  Everything is OK,only the pool should be open when it's hot on the beach from 14 to 17 pm but then closed?! Where is the logic? Owners need to think about this and it would consider the next time .And internet is very weak

  Clean & pleasant

  The hotel was very clean and the owner obliging and helpful. The room I stayed in was a double room with a balcony looking out onto the street, but since it was low season we had no problem with noise. There is a swimming pool (not visible from the road). The hotel is conveniently situated within a short walking distance to the shops (supermarket, bakers, restaurants) but a long walk to the sea (uphill when returning). Generally it's advisable to have a car in Halkidiki to visit different beaches etc.

  Location!

  Location is great (city centre + public beach). As the public beach was a bit too crowded for us we just took a car and drove around to find something more suitable for us. Rooms are rather (very) basic with a big balcony overviewing the city+sea. Pool area is also nice. Didnt used it as there were too many mosquitos in the evening. If hotel provided breakfast it would be really nice as there are no proper breakfast/brunch spots in the area. Probably wouldn't stay again.

  Holiday stay

  Apartment was nice and clean, lacking in kitchen items, no kettle, cutlery etc. Pool was well maintained and very clean, only six sun loungers for whole of apartments. Manager of apartments was very polite, friendly, helpful.Very close to town centre about 5 min walk beach was about 10 mins away not very nice beach rather scruffy.
