    Increible experiencia

    Este hotel es excelente, desde la atención de sus empleados que te reciben con una sonrisa y te dan de beber un cocktail, hasta sus habitaciones de diseño con hidromasaje, todo al estilo en piedra, pileta, yacuzzi, Restaurante. Wifi Gratis. Y lo mejor de todo es que como asistí en enero me dieron precio de temporada baja y eso fué lo que nos convenció para reservar este hotel en el hermoso pueblo. El wifi no llegaba bien a la habitacion, Les recomiendo que mejoren eso con repetidores o algo por el estilo. Y podrían ofrecer desayuno incluído en el restaurate.

    El servicio es de lo mejor, las habitaciones super super lindas, la comida deliciosa, todo todo perfecto. Todo el personal es siempre super atento. Era la segunda vez que visitabamos el hotel y volveria sin pensarlo me encanta!!

    Accommodating Service over the Holidays

    Customer Service levels were high throughout the stay, from a room upgrade to wine pours, providing local information and recommendations, and going above and beyond to accommodate given restaurant closures and inclement weather....all much appreciated. The cleaning staff was also friendly and did a nice job keeping room and grounds very clean. It's a small, friendly team: (Rafael, Larry and Celina) did a very nice job making our holiday and stay memorable. The hotel is intimate and there's a welcoming lobby with fire place, heat lamps outside as well as an outdoor fireplace and the hot tub and pool area are nice. The tubs in the bathrooms are deep and the bath salts provided are wonderful. However, the pool wasn't heated (under repair) and the gym room is small so not safe for more than 1-2 folks from same household. The daily resort fee ($35) didn't change though which was unfortunate given limited options. It's a dog-friendly place ($150/dog) which clinches 5 stars overall.

    Perfect location and service

    This was an ideal location with amazing service. The concierge team, especially Celina and Carter, were so helpful. Our days were planned, reservations made, and driver set up thanks to them. They also gave great recommendations for places off the beaten path. We took their electric bikes to dinner one evening and enjoyed the in-room fireplace. You could not find a better stay that is close to everything. We cant wait to return.

    Beware when booking - they can cancel your reservation.

    There is SO much more to this story, but I will try to keep it brief. Long story short: Beweare, they can do whatever they want to your reservation, and they only care about what is good for their business. I had a room booked months in advance for my honeymoon in June 2021. Since my fiance and I can't travel abroad due to the pandemic, we decided to book the "number 1" resort in California in our favorite spot, Napa. We received a call on a Friday from the hotel asking if our dates were flexible because they had a better offer from someone to buy out the entire hotel. One, NO it's my honeymoon, my dates are NOT flexible. Two, fine, you want to make a business decision...make it right for me and we don't have a problem. They confirmed that they were bumping us from our reservation, but did not know what they were going to do for us. I asked them to put in writing that they were canceling our reservation, but of course they never would do this out of protection for themselves. We asked them to cover two nights of our stay at a neighboring property; however, they said they couldn't "justify" this. It took them a week to come up with their solution, which was to put us in a sub-par apartment they rent out to a neighboring business. This is area was not updated, and they didn't even offer any concessions until multiple calls back and forth with the GM. After multiple extremely upsetting calls with my fiance they offered us our original room back and said they would make one of the guests from the party that booked the entire resort use the apartment and we could have our original guest room. So, my options were: 1). stay in the room I booked with a group that knows we are not with their party and we were the ones who made one of their guests stay in the sub-par apartment. 2). Stay in the sub-par apartment (which they were "gracious" enough to finally offer a one-night comp for or 3). stay at another property. After they said they felt they were being fair by offering us our room back, we decided that we would rather give another property more of our money than give them any of our business. They had no concern that this was supposed to be one of our most special days of our lives.
