    Precio y calidad

    El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cuenta con dimensiones normales de las habitaciones algo que es poco común en Japón (sacando los 5 estrellas). La limpieza es muy buena . No recomiendo abonar el desayuno ya que por la mitad de lo que sale se puede desayunar frente al hotel en una cafetería muy buena. Volvería a elegirlo.

    A good stay experience

    We put up here for 4 Nights, booked through Expedia. Arrived via Limo bus (alight at Hotel New Hankyu) but quite lost on the way there as the signage are small so a 10 mins walk lasted 20 mins, haha.! But still convenient as its within Osaka sta nearby. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk staff spoke decent English. Japanese hotel room sizes are small but we comfortably fit ourselves with 2 luggage bags. The room amenities are good and Japanese toilet complete with bidet. Ok view as we stayed 14 storey, and it is buckwheat style pillow, which I requested for an additional one from housekeeping. Centrally located the hotel is walking distance to both Umeda and Osaka station, good for us making day trip to Kobe/Kyoto.! Restaurants, cafes and 24-hour Family Mart abound. We had our bf at Pronto and some nearby eateries. Have read previous TA reviewers mentioning about the noise, and Hotel indeed leave ear piece for us! We stayed facing the busy train station, but the noise is bearable. Just the morning glare of the hot early Summer Sun and night neon billboards of surrounding buildings impacts a bit. There are 2 approach to the hotel; the more direct and faster way is via the straight road alongside the ramp up Expressway, compared to the meandering bustling street but with tons to see.. Just look at DD House and you will see the entrance.. Another good point, when we departure; we can leave our luggage first at the main Hotel instead of the Annex. Definitely helpful as we leave by limo bus.

    Very Good Location

    Its very close to Osaka Station, hence easy in communication, adjoining is the biggest Electronic market Yodobashi Umeda. The hotel have Breakfast arrangements with variety of Cuisine. There is variety of room arrangements, hence you have to select as per your need, as some of the room layouts are very tight. InToilet WC is excellent with heating arrangements, state of the art, worth an experience.

    Noisy, not safe, shabby, little electric outlet and not barrier free

    This hotel is super noisy around and also the wall is so thin to hear nexts snoring. If you would like to sleep well, its not your choice. Also the hotel does not equip safety measure on the elevator and safety box in your personal room. It means strangers are able to enter your floor. In fact this hotel locates in the center of busy city place. Room is old and small as like other Japanese hotel. Just single electric outlet is on the desk, hence you could not charge many devices at once. If you dont mind security and need affordable one bed after deep drink, this hotel will fit you.

    A fabulous stay at Hotel New Hankyu Osaka Annex

    Upon arriving, the staff were lovely. They held our luggage free of charge until check-in. This gave us time to explore the area. The hotel is in a very central location. There are lots of food options around the shops below. There are a number of malls in the area, and shopping is fantastic! It was also easy to get to Osaka Aquarium, and the Shinsaibashisuji shopping area. It's a quick walk to the Hep Five malls and a ride on the Ferris Wheel was beautiful at night. I also recommend heading to the roof garden on the Grand Front building or the roof gardens on top of Osaka Station for amazing sunset views. The Grand Front roof garden perfect for a lovely, quiet escape in such a busy place. We stayed in a bunk room, with two double beds on the lower bunks and two single bunks above the doubles. The room was perfect for our family of five, however, I did kick hubby out to a top bunk and slept with my 9-year-old daughter as the doubles were quite small. The bathroom was a good size and there was a vanity table with a 2nd sink and mirror. We thought this hotel was amazing value - Very highly recommended.
