    Nice place.. excellent hot spring bath

    The hotel is a bit on the older side (e.g. carpet, paint, etc.). But the service and food are very good. The view of the bay is exceptional. The hot spring bath on the top floor is amazing. the view from the bath is great!

    Dated but superb ryukan and onsen experience

    Stayed one night in the ryukan in a tour. Amazing experience like a real ryukan. The room is big and during the yum traditional dinner they made the traditional bed. The view from the rooms are aging over the sea but I needed earplug for the crashing waves. The onsen is a must visit so relaxing and includes the shower toiletries and yukata . Breakfast was a little chaotic but good overall. And finally the free shuttle to atami is great

    Paradise

    A beautiful area and Hotel to visit. We stayed for three days and two nights, the hotel was awesome, great service, hot springs bath with infinity pool. Very delicious dinner, and breakfast. The hotel also provides transportation to town for site seeing. Great beach and park.

    Nice hotel with it's own character

    Scenic location but nothing much to do within walking distance of hotel. Rooms are good, clean and spacious. Had to take 2 elevators though to go to the royal wing where our room was. Good breakfast and courteous staff. Perfect for ONSEN.

    Amazing!

    The hotel is around 25 minutes walking from the center of the city. It is located in the middle of a cliff so it has a great view of the city and the sea. The most amazing thing is the new onsen they opened in the new part of the hotel (15th floor) where you can feel you are inside the sea while you relax in the water. The dinner (which in general is included on the room) is very good and has a live a show which I enjoyed very much. The staff is very friendly and really helpful! Thank you very much for my birthday wishes and present.
