  Lugar cómodo y con café gratis

  Es un hotel muy cómodo, parece de mayor lujo. Habitaciones limpias y máquina con café gratis en el lobby. Cercano a los parques Disney, y hay servicio de transporte a la estación de tren, yo sólo lo usé al salir del hotel, no sé si también lo tengan para la llegada. El desayuno no está incluido.

  Good budget hotel room for 5 near Disneyland/Sea

  Cleanliness: 9/10 Service: 8/10. Staffs were friendly and conversed in English. Room: 7/10. Considered good for what we paid. First 2 nights we (5 of us) we were given corner lot, which we do not any complaint. But the 3rd night (I booked room separately due to change of plan), we were given an intermediate lot. This room was too small for 5. I would rate the corner lot 8/10 and intermediate lot 6/10. Facility: 6/10. Free wifi available, although we did not use because we brought our own. There was no washer nor dryer and the nearest coin laundry was not in walking distance. Value for money: 8/10. Overall, it is still a good place to stay for budget traveller.

  Near to Disneyland and Nearer to Disneysea!

  First thing I love about this hotel is the location. It is near to Maihama Station (walking distance), Disneyland (slightly further than Maihama Station) and Disneysea (nearest). Also very near to Lawson. We have a good sized room of 3 beds, easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel provides free shuttle however local bus can easily reach Disneyland and the hotel (bus stop right in front). Free coffee at the lobby. Friendly staff. Excellent stay I would say.

  Nice and Convenient

  This hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to Tokyo Disneysea which makes it super convenient. Rooms were cozy and warm. Front desk was nice and held our bags for us while we were at Disney after checking out. The breakfast buffet was great. It had a larger than expected spread including pasta and fries. Overall, I would recommend. Side note: its right next door to a crematorium lol.

  Walking distance to both Disneyland and Disneysea (though closer to Disneysea)

  I think the hotel is exactly as reviewed by other reviewers: it is clean, the foot massager in the room is a welcome after the walk from Disneyland/Disneysea, the coffee machine near the lobby is great, etc. I was hesitant at first about the distance to Disneyland/Disneysea -- wondering why it is not part of the Disney Resort Hotels if it is that close. It is actually closer than most of the Disney Resort Hotel. And for those who don't want to walk, a shuttle service is provided free by the hotel. Also, Family Mart is close by. We truly enjoy our stay here.
