    Not impressed

First the good part.. all employees I actually interacted with are amazing. However I cannot say the same for the manager in duty. The room is clean, bed was not comfortable for me. Pool area very nice, however the jacuzzi had full of dead skin and dirt accumulated on one side and were floating in the bubbles. Something I never saw at any other hotel jacuzzi. After going out the pool located in the 7 floor , I looked for towels.. suprise , there is no towel in the pool area. Had to go down 7 floors with kids wet all the way to the lobby to get some. As that is were you supposed to get them apparently.breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy. No pancakes or yougurt . But they do have bagels and bread eggs and sausage as well as cereal choice. Upon checkout at 11 am. Yes not 12 as majority of hotels.i asked to be able to use the pool until 4 pm before we leave Quebec. Amazingly the staff went to ask the manager in duty. She refused and said only until 1 pm.she did not even moved from her office to tell me by herself or explain me. Obviously customer service is none of her concern. But is the front girl "rose" that had to tell me. She was so nice that I did not want to insist. I was in hotel all over the world. Good and bad. And it's the first time ever that a hotel refused to let use of the facility on the day of checkout. I do not know if it's policy.. or just a awnser from the manager on a whim. And whoever that in charge of the hotel could reply to my comments and let everyone know if that's a policy of the hotel. Especially that they are near the airport. Again .. bravo for all the employees that I actually interacted with. Including the bell boy that got us extra pillow. To the maids crew. Front desk. The only person that should need a serious retraining in hospitality is the manager that day. And they might need improvement on the mattress.but this is very subjectif. and definitely follow up on the jacuzzi. Towels should be put in the pool area. I certainly will never stay there if I have to leave the city after checkout time. And would have never took this hotel if I knew in advance that I would not be able to use facilities on day of checkout.

Good location - easy access to the Old Town and to the Airport

We needed a good medium class hotel that would allow us easy access to/from the centre of Quebec's old quarter - and had good services and parking. The hotel Must was certainly a good place to stay - the rooms were clean and large - the staff was very cordial and efficient, and there were restaurants nearby. While breakfast was a part of the room charge, it was basic and each day's offering was the same as before. We stayed for three nights, having driven up from Maine - gorgeous autumn color all around and great weather.

Excellent service! Clean suite! Great sleep!

We were here two nights in March 2021, during COVID. Hand sanitizer dispensers were plentiful, plexiglass protected reception, there were no crowds/no wait time to check in or out, and they provided breakfast boxes as the continental breakfast. We upgraded to the suite with a huge jetted bath for two. There was a living room, a bedroom with two Queen beds, and a two-sink bathroom with tub on one end and shower on the other with frosted, non-locking, glass doors as separators. We were able to have a late 1 p.m. checkout. The suite was clean and the firm beds (especially the pillows) were comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in close vicinity. It was nice to have a separate room with electric fireplace in which to lounge. Overall, practical location and no complaints about service or cleanliness. The tub was amazing! Cons: shower head, no table for meals, and no windows in dark bedroom.
