  Good spacious rooms

  Stayed here on a business trip for 3 days, very spacious rooms with a Walk in closet. All amenities provided of good quality. Breakfast was average, unless you are used to eating Oriental breakfast which was good. I did not order room service because the menu was in Chinese!!. Maybe they should consider having a English menu. Staff was helpful and friendly and could speak English very well. Definitely recommended for a quite stay away from the hustle and bustle.

  If you're looking for a noisy place with bad service...

  Upon arrival the staff sent us up to a spacious and clean room. We laid down to relax at which point the toilets and showers in the rooms next to and above us went off. We asked to change to a quiet room but had to explain five or six times over a period of two hours why we didn't want to hear other people in their bathrooms. When we finally got to our new room we laid down to relax. At this point again the room next door began their conversation of which we heard every single word. The rooms are connected by a thin metal door that does not isolate sound at all. We decided to just ignore it but for a 5-star hotel and the price we paid, this was a rip-off. Also, beware of the breakfast sausages!

  Stayed two days Spacious rooms, quiet Layout a decor unusual TV needs some US or UK channels Needs a bar that's open until at least 2300 Some staff have limited English, but polite and helpful SO restaurant good quality and value Wifi slow

  A Classic Chinese Style hotel

  I had a nice stay here for 7 nights. The room is quiet (I was on 12F), spacious and clean. The breakfast serves various of Chinese food, they were delicious. The hotel provided free snacks and drinks everyday and toiletries were refilled as well. There is a convenient store and many coffee shops inside of the park. The cons: there are not many good restaurants nearly, you have to walk for 10 mins to busy area to get good food. The Metro station is far from the Hotel too. It takes about 15 mins walking to Don-Zi-Men station... I am here for business so it doesn't bother me. The temperature of the shower water was very un-stable, the volume was small too. -If they can improve it, I will stay here again for sure. Most of my western co-workers don't like the Hotel, but I do enjoy my stay.

  Odd Shaped studio-apartment like rooms

  The living room and bedroom are separated which is good. They even have a guest toilet which is quite redundant. The lighting is a bit dark in the room and bathroom. Not sufficient counter top space in the bathroom so a bit challenging for ladies. Only have Chinese channels on its TV. There is also not sufficient power point outlets in the room so it is either the table lamp or your charger. Location wise is not very convenient although they try to sell that they are in a self-sufficient compound. need to take cab to Subway and decent restaurants. Their gym is at the 20th floor and it is literally a sky gym. They need to provide bacteria wipes for the gym equipment. Reception staff is friendly. The room lobby area has stale smoke smell and my room was affected too. after complaining to the reception, they quickly sent an air purifier to my room which was very helpful.
