    very poor reservation service and customer care

    I would like to share with how bad service I met at Molino hotel in Falcade. They sold my rooms I confirmed I would like to book. I have wait for bank account to send them money while they without any information sold rooms to another group. It is abolutely not acceptable today to be treated like that. Also they are very bad with communication in English, not professional, not answer on your mails. You have the impression that a huge communication mess is at this hotel. Every single time I called them I spoke with different person and nobody knows about the agreements made by their folks. Even no apologies for the end. Nothing. I feel cheated by this hotel. not recommed.

    We spent a week in this hotel.Great location-just steps away from the ski lift.cleanliness is acceptable.all public spaces and rooms are over heated.breakfast is very poor-no vegetables are served.extra charge applied for: espresso,capuccino, fried eggs. They serve draft beer in the bar,2 steps from the dining room but refused to serve it in the restaurant during dinner.i had to contact the hotel director to get his approval for few draft beers....dinner is cheap quality...forget about the sauna-a very high extra charge is applied if you want to use it...waiters, room maids are friendly and ready always to help.i will not return.

    Excellent hotel right next to the cable car.

    We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over Carnevale this year. The evening meals were very good as was breakfast. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed twice a day by the room service. The décor is a bit dated but everything works at it should and is kept in good repair. For children there was a very friendly kids entertainer that my daughter adored. I don't know if this was only for the Carnevale which is a school holiday in Italy, but it was a pleasant surprise. They even organised a disco for Shrove Tuesday in the Taverna (a sub level bar). On the same floor there was a heated boot and ski room which was very useful. There is a heated swimming pool and a hydro massage pool. The hotel is not a thermal spa so don't expect super heated water, it's normal swimming pool temperature. The strong point is the staff, from the receptionist, waiting staff, room service and manager, they were all very friendly and helpful. The only weak point, which isn't the fault of the hotel is that they are part of a group that has a central booking system. This worked fine for our original booking, but didn't work as well when we wanted to add a night to arrive early. Fortunately a phone call directly to the hotel made sure our booking was there are registered. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would certainly consider it again for a stay in Falcade.

    Nice staff and great location

    Great location near cabile car (you can go there with bots for skiing on). Very kind staff. Nice pool for entertaining kids after skiing. Supperb dinner with realy good food. They change towels twice a day, they give you in your room a small sweet chocoloates and a weather forcast every evening. Overall the staff is very friendly, I would recomend for families with kids.

    Perfect location and awesome service, Ski week in February 2019,

    Hotel personnel is nice and professional, rooms are always cleaned by best standards, SPA and swimming pool area above average for hotel size and as well always clean and neat. Breakfast is self service with choice of Italian coffees, tea and other beverages. Every dinner menu give a 5 choices that suits to all tastes and food choice including vegetarian and vegan option. Hotel is located near entrance to ski lift (gondola), ski rent and ski service are 50 m away. Ski depot is located in hotel basement that serve needs.
