  Quirky little gem of a hotel

  We stayed for two nights and it was perfect for our needs. They were so accommodating and upgraded our room at no extra cost before our arrival. We were travelling with children and although there is a train line next to the hotel, it didnt bother us at all (our room was on the opposite side) The kids loved the rooms and breakfast too. Continental style breakfast and they even had scrambled eggs and bacon when we stayed. Coffee was excellent. Its about a 15 minute walk from Arnhem Centraal station but we also used Station Velderpoort which is 5 mins away. We found it close to the centre, but then again we are used to walking! Nice area and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

  Fabulous hotel

  The room we booked was a designer s room. The bed was super confortable, the room was very clean, fresh and filled with light. Every room in hotel Modez is different, the design is unique. We really enjoyed out stay here.

  Hidden Gem and Friendly

  Highly recommend this place due to its uniqueness, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff. It has a very homey vibe and breakfast is provided and is delicious. The ladies who were working there during our stay did an incredible job of making us feel at home.

  Cozy and a homely stay

  We were in Arnhem from 25 th to 31st of August to drop our daughter into Arnhem business school - we stayed here during the time. Its private and cozy and very friendly staff with a small resturant serving nice food and drinks right next to the hotel. Staff helped us getting taxis and also refunded the 3 day money when we decided to check out earlier. A few things that were not upto mark : the duplex studio was very nicely designed but was too small with very steep stairs ( if you have knee issues or someone who is travelling with a LB elderly Check this part beforehand ) Being an apartment and not a hotel there is not reception or round the clock service. Another important point is there is no UBER in Arnhem and getting a taxi to go around is a far more difficult task than one is used to in cities.

  Pleasantly Surprised with this lovely hotel

  I found this hotel on a booking site and thought I would give it a go. It was lovely, I was in Room 5, which had a Chanel #5 theme. The restaurant next door was really good, great food, great service. All in it was the perfect escape from chain hotels.
