  Llevábamos tiempo queriendo ir a los alpes, y nos decidimos por este hotel sin conocerlo. La verdad es que estamos muy contentos porque nos han tratado estupendamente. El hotel tiene mucho encanto y todo el personal es muy servicial La estación de esquí es espectacular, y el hotel está acorde

  El mejor hotel para desconectar, spa y desayunos increibles

  Es sin duda el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado hasta ahora. El servicio es impecable, las habitaciones con unas vistas a la montaña increíbles, pudimos desconectar haciendo yoga, un baño en el spa, la sauna y en las camas balancín que son de lo más relajante. El desayuno es el mejor que he probado, cantidad, variedad y calidad. Todo con productos bio y hechos alli. La atención por parte del personal del hotel es excelente te sientes como en casa. Y la decoración es preciosa, todo cuidado hasta el último detalle. Un hotel muy recomendable, yo desde luego volveré. Le doy un diez

  Beautiful hotel in charming Bad Gastein, some maintenance issues

  We stayed at the hotel for one week during school holidays; food was excellent (can't comprehend complaints about the food at all), the hotel provides an excellent half board, perfect for a day full of activities. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Graukogel slopes and just a short bus ride from Stubnerkogel (they provide shuttles for free), you can walk to the historic city center within a few minutes on a beautiful walkway. The hotel is very well designed (above all the lobby and the restaurant section), the rooms however lack maintenance. The hotel i's a retrofitted mid-century-hotel, so are the rooms. The vintage bathrooms don't resemble vintage but rather old, so do the built-in cupboards and the doors - stains on the cupboards, no noise insulation at all. It's clean though, but in order to cope with the design standard the hotel imposes on itself, some investments need to be done in the bathrooms and the rooms in general. There are no safes and no fridges in the room which is weird for a premium hotel. The spa area is small but nicely designed, the bio-sauna had a beautiful view but was rather chilly, no infusions in the hot sauna which was disappointing.

  Bad Gastein - Austria, Land of Salzburg Miramonte Hotel is a must

  For a high dose of coolness and breath aside from the crowd, an intimate feeling of the impressive freshness and beauty of the mountains ... Miramonte Hotel is a must!! Quality of the service, young professional team - ask for the Swedish handsome guy for a perfect cocktail at the lobby or terrasse bar when back from hiking or jogging in the mountain just behind ... Breakfast is diverse with a selection of home made breads incl. gluten free, porridges, vegetal milks... Green juice is fresh home made ... A few bémols though : music can be a bit of easy commercial pop sometimes, orange and fruit juices seem to be industrial, and the food twists are somehow experimental at dinners. A highly recommended trendy and quiet spot hidden in the mountain, with people mostly from the art and culture scene.

  Boutique Hotel in beautiful Bad Gastein

  As a result of trying to be stategic and cut the journey in half going from Cologne to Umbria I thought it would be ideal to have a stopover in the Austrian Bad Gastein. Well, after all on the strategic side of things it didnt realy make any sence because it upped my journey by somewhat 6 hoursbut hey: being strategic is boring anyways! And as I arrived at the picturesque super-long streched valley of Bad Gastein it could have as well been on the other side of the globe. The Miramonte sits on the side of the very end of this valley, overlooking the centre of Bad Gastein, a place that used to be vouge and luxurious back in the days and has kept its charme although the Grand Hotels are more or less abandond these days, which makes this place quite mystic in a way. This Boutique Style Hotel is aimed at younger people and has a georgeous style mix of old and new which in this case works so, so well. The rooms are cosy and elegant, and the view is plainly stunning. Theres so many architectial details to discover in this place and after a day of hiking in the nearby mountains theres a beautiful sauna where you can relax your body and Soul and enjoy even more views. There are also vegetarian and even plenty vegan choices at the Restaurant plus a decent Wine Selection.
