  Perfect for our needs!

  A friend booked this for our 4 night stay in Almaty. Location was very convenient. Our room had 2 twin beds and was very clean. We had a problem with the toilet in our first room but were quickly relocated to another room. I was concerned about noise as our room faced the street but with the window closed it was very quiet and we slept well at night. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a bit heavy on carbs but was always delivered at our requested time. Great price for a clean, safe, comfortable stay. Would definitely book there again.

  Very great Manager and nice girls in reception

  Manager is very helpful. He is also friendly and professional. One girl in reception wos very nice and always has a smyle for you If you Stay in Almaty it is a good hotel. Our trip goes on to bishkek. The Transfer with Taxi we get organized from hotel.the price was okay. Thanks to the good Manager and the friendly young girl on reception ;)

  Alright for a short transit stay.

  I was transiting to Moscow for a few hours so decided to stay here for the night. Not sure about the location because I arrived at night. The check in was ok but the receptionist speaks very little english. There is a vending machine to get water and titbits. My room was on the same floor as the reception. Very basic room and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was served on a tray and brought to the room. It consisted of oat porridge, yoghurt and some local pastries. Alright for a night's stay. This is a budget hotel and its alright for this range.

  Just okay

  Stayed for one night and if you are only going to sleep there, it is okay. The wifi worked very poorly and you had to basically be in the reception to have some decent coverage. Beds were rock hard, a bit difficult to sleep. Wouldn't come back.

  Horrible service

  The rooms in this place are street level so you'll feel like you're underground. They don't have a restaurant but serve individual breakfast for every room, so you'll have to eat in you bed. But the worse part is the staff that left us locked out of our room for two hours because they couldn't find the key we left at the reception and the master key didn't work with our door (?!?!?!). Never coming back here again.
