  Convenient, Comfortable, Friendly

  When I arrived in Jablonec, I stayed at the Merkur several nights, close walk from train station and located in the very center of town, reasonable prices, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast restaurant, lobby bar and lunch and dinner restaurant. The staff and management are exceptional, understanding, accommodating and flexible. The salt room is very relaxing and the disco room is modern and entertaining. ATM and currency exchange available. I enjoyed my stay and spent much time here almost every day for a month eating at the restaurant, great cooks and very relaxing!

  Very nice, Cute hotel.

  Warm, calm place. Nice view. Good value hotel, with my family we liked that time spending there. Nice nature around, generally Czech nature is amazing everywhere. Thank you for your invitation and caring attitude!

  Very nice hotel

  I liked it, nice atmophere, friendly personal, location if good, food is done nicely. It's very nice, very fine and everything done in very good way. Next time I will stay in the same hotel. Till next time!

  Good hotel

  Good hotel with close lacation to center and nice staff always open and helpful. Rooms are bit old but clean, beds average convenient, shower ok an TV offers many international and local channels. Wifi work quite fine. Breakfast good with various food, restaurant in a bit old (from 90´) style, but no problem. Parking on a public parking place ok and safe, but free of charge only on weekends and with limited capacity.

  Appaling attitude

  The only hotel advantage - in the centre where you will find shops nots acceptings cards, where you don't find the catering places Tripadvisor offers. The interior is crying due to its oldfashionedness, TV plays only radio, wifi connection does not work and is horribly slow. The lift is SLOW !!!!! and old. I do not recommend.
