  Can do much better

  As Platinum member the frontdesk did not welcome me. Mr just looked at my loyalty card for my name. Also no complementary room upgrade was given. Atleast tell me that there was no room available. My room was nice and cool with the aircondition bed was comfy. But no bench to put your suitcase also the little table in the room with a seat looks cheap and is not practical for bussiness stay. Where to put my laptop and papers for work ? Restaurand: have good food and wine the staff is very nice and friendly. Just the complete handeling to serve the guests is a chaos. Like the restaurand has no manager. I Waited one hour to recieve my first dish that was the main dish and forgot my entree. Wanted to take a dessert afterward, but this was not possible because the cook allready left . The next day i had allmost the same issue. Meanwhile i am waithing for my food with an empty glass no one comes to ask if i would like something else to drink. Breakfast: Is ok but not what i am used to see in Mercure hotels. Missing: whole wheat bread ( pain complet ) , vegetables,tomato, cucumbers, parselie, salmon , and sparkling water a bit plus is to add omelets and grilled vegetables. Last day i noticed in my room behind the closet that there was a mini fridge with 2 bottles of complementary water. No body told me this and there is no notification in the room that points out to a fridge. Further more i enjoyed the bar and food with the staff. I also slept well :)

  Nice setting for evening meal and breakfast

  Set by the 18th green of the local golf course, this hotel has a light and spacious reception/bar area and restaurant. The rooms are less spacious but well appointed with interesting wall paper designs in the hallways and rooms themselves. The rooms have good air con, excellent wifi and comfortable beds. There is no room safe. The bathroom facilities are very good. Given its location, you get a good night's sleep. The restaurant food is good and the staff very friendly. Breakfast is fine.

  Comfortable stopover

  We stayed one night here on our way from the south of France to Calais. We booked two rooms - both very comfortable doubles with all the facilities we needed. We used the restaurant in the evening and there was a reasonable choice on the menu. Breakfast offered a very good range of options. The hotel is a short distance from the A71 and is very quietly located on a golf course, with members using the restaurant and bar too.

  Disgraceful

  Overnight stay as part of an organised tour. This place was one of the included evening meals which we had to order ahead of time. Choices offered: chicken pasta or vegetable pasta. Two of my party chose the veg pasta which was tagliatelle type pasta and two cherry tomatoes. No sauce, no dressing, no veg!!! It was sent back 3 times before they added a very small amount of frozen veg. The chicken pasta just had chicken added. Worst meal Ive ever eaten in France. No coffee offered & you had to ask for milk sachets for your room. They offered 2 for 3 of us!! A complaint has been raised with our holiday company, cant believe they give business to this place. Avoid at all costs, you have been warned.

  Food horrible !

  The room was nice. We had to order room service for dinner. Look what they proposed ! 7 small shrimps, rice, a slice of tomate , all these for 23 euros !! Its horrible . Unfortunately around the hotel there is no supermarket and the restos were closed because of COVID . Bad expensive about food here .
