  Fantastic stay

  Hotel Mercedes is everything it promises and more. The staff is amazing, the food is fantastic, the breakfast is to die for (I would include gluten free bread options), the rooms are awesome. The view is just incredible and it is for sure a great value for money. I just want to go there again. Fantastic defines it.

  Great views, friendly staff

  We stayed in a family room in the villa. Large room, newly renovated bathroom and very quiet. The view from the pool, same as from breakfast is amazing. Nice and friendly staff made our stay a real pleasure. Looking forward to return some day.

  3rd visit to Hotel Mercedes - best year yet

  Our third visit to Hotel Mercedes and as ever, we had a wonderful time. The staff are magnificent, the running of the hotel, seamless. Friendly, kind and truly welcoming. The rooms are spotless, the pool is wonderful and the view is probably the best you're going to get in Lake Garda. Thank you to all for an absolutely amazing holiday! See you next year!

  Spacious, clean and friendly hotel with amazing views in a good location.

  This is a fantastic hotel! Having walked around the surrounding area, it also stands out from the other hotels for the sheer amount of space on offer. We had a large family room with an enormous balcony overlooking the lake. All of the staff were so welcoming throughout the stay. Celeste at reception is fantastic at her job and a true credit to the hotel - as are all the other people working there, including the friendly owners. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day. Breakfast offered choice and more importantly, great coffee! We also ate in the restaurant and had excellent pasta both times. From the hotel, it's a 15 minute walk into Limone but it's far enough to have breathing space (as beware, the town is terribly crowded and touristy). Below the hotel is a spacious beach that you can walk down to within a few minutes and enjoy great swimming and water sports. I can't recommend this hotel enough. They deserve their reputation.   Wonderful Stay

  We stayed four nights in early September at Hotel Mercedes. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We very much enjoyed our various conversations with them. The wait-staffers, Loris and Fabrizio, were both funny, pleasant guys. We really enjoyed conversing with Loris about music and life in Italy. In the restaurant, the Tuscan vegetable soup was fabulous, as was the cinghale. The breakfast buffet was a joyful indulgence each day of our stay. I recommend this hotel!
