Comfortable place to stayIt was bit of a walk from the bus station (20 min). So you may want to fork out 5 Euros for a taxi if you have lot of luggage and it's 35 degrees outside. On the good side, the beach is only a 10 minute walk. Although the hotel area had constant traffic of holiday-makers, it was pretty quiet during the evenings. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a little balcony which was great for people watching and drinking beers in the evening. Staff were very friendly (even though they weren't much help when I asked about how to get to some out of town destinations). Good choice if you want to be away from the thumping nightlife areas and need a comfortable clean place.

It was ok but lot has to improveI have stayed in Hotel mena for 7 nights, what i donot like about the hotel is,lack of communications and honourable behaviour between stuff, when i checked in i asked them if euro28/night is ok for them, the girl in reception said ok,and say you can pay in afternoon when i came back to pay the girl said she never agreed with 28euro/night they need 30euro/night ,i was shocked but with luggages after a long trip i agreed with them and stayed back ,room was good but what is shocking for me,one day there was a 3-4 hrs power cut and this hotel has no back up generator to run the electricity, when i asked the hotel stuff was so unprofessional and rude said it is not their problem its town problem,if you are a 3 star hotel and know hospitality you should be more polite and honourable and run ths facility so customer has no issues and customers will come back to you i know for budva entire year no tourism and only few months tourism so they over charge tourist

Worst Experience Ever!!!I have stayed in this hotel for only one night and the price was high according to the services. After midnight we were staying in the balcony which was in the highest floor and not disturbing no one,the owner of the hotel told the receptionist to call the police and in few minutes there were 8 policemen in our room just to say we should be quiteThey scared the hell out of us and I don't find it normal to happen. In the morning there was no water and that is terrible for a 3 star hotel. There was no hospitality and the staff was rude.I will never go back there!

Yet another average hotel at the seasideThe hotel is conveniently situated right in the center of Budva, close to many restaurants while the mega-super-crowded beach is just 300 meters away. The street may be noisier during the evening but the buzz dies down in the night and as far as I was concerned the street noise did not bother me at all. What really annoyed me was the noise of the next-door-neighbors air conditioning unit that was left running the entire night. The rooms are ok, not very large nor are they extremely small and benefit from a generous balcony. The bathroom is indeed very small. The rooms are cleaned and the beds done every day. The towels and the bedsheets are changed once every three days, so all in all the hotel scores high on cleanness. The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful as far as their lack of foreign languages skills permits. Just one of the persons working at the reception was able to communicate in English, the other three receptionists couldnt. What really needs to be improved is breakfast: limited choice and poorly presented: the coffee was really bad, black tea was missing and you simply cannot dilute the orange juice for three days in a row and hope that nobody will notice. Another problem is the parking space: three places in front of the hotel and two more in the tiny and narrow underground parking that requires special driving expertise to be able to get the car in and out. Just leaving the car in the street is not an option as the police tows away any car that is left there.

AwfulWe stayed in this hotel for a week in September 2015 and I don't know what good can I say about this hotel. Room: we had a very small room with street view and it was SO LOUD in the evenings. There is no twin beds in this hotel. Location: we walked 7-10 minutes to the beach. Nearby the hotel there are many small cafes and 24hours bakeries Service: NO ONE cleaned the room, the personnel just changed towels and took garbage away, no vacuum cleaning, no changing bed sheets. Personnel's attitude was indifferent, they didn't care what's going on if during breakfast there was no coffee/tea any more, no one would make a move until you asked. If your clients sitting at the terrace under canopy having breakfast and it's raining, it's perfect time to take the canopy away, right? If you take garbage away from the room why don't you use client's plastic bags for trash bean instead of normal plastic bags for garbage, your clients will be happy to see what you have done while they were out I was very disappointed and I will never recommend this hotel for staying
