  Lovely place

  On arrival we were greeted with a lovely glass of cold lemonade and some nibbles and the lovely stella, she was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was enough for our needs the bed was so hard that my husband spoke to stella and she was right upstairs to the cleaners and the gave us a softer mattress topper (so much better) the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Now I had read bad reviews about the food before we came and I was a little worried but it wasn't as bad as we expected, yes the food was just warm but we come to the conclusion that it was a greece thing as we found food luke warm in restaurants, there was a nice selection of food so always something to eat, the desserts were so yummy. We celebrated my husbands birthday and they made him a cake! And the lovely slim lady sang to him while delivering it to our table not forgetting the lovely stella serenading him at reception in greek. The pool area is small but you will always get a sun lounger as most people go to the beach or the sister hotel which is so spacious with plenty of loungers and a nice pool area. We did not find any faults during our stay and the staff were lovely stella being an asset to the hotel. Would we return to this hotel?.....yes.

  Absolutely Amazing in Every Way!!

  My husband and I booked to stay here for 7 nights and it was very reasonably priced so our expectations were for basic accommodation, service and food. Well we couldnt have been more wrong. On arrival we were welcomed with drinks and canapés. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned thoroughly daily, decor nice, free good WiFi throughout hotel, free air con in our room along with a safety deposit box. The facilities are perfect, lovely. There is a very clean outdoor pool, a small restaurant indoor pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi and a pool table. The indoor pool and gym are free to use. We also made use of the facilities at the sister hotel about a 15 minute walk away which is huge and is a 5 star resort, this again is beautiful and worth a visit. The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the town centre a 10 minute walk. Lots of supermarkets nearby too. Perfect location. We were half board and the food every day breakfast and dinner was superb. Lots of options and variety, all cooked to perfection and very tasty. We looked forward to our meals and was always content and I pleased after our meals. The customer service of the staff namely Stella, Maria, Clare, Jon and Steve was fantastic. All were extremely and overly helpful, caring, attentive, professional, friendly and kind. We cannot thank them all enough for making our holiday an extremely enjoyable and happy one. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely and will definitely without a doubt stay here again. Cannot fault this hotel in any way and for the money paid total value for money.   Lovely stay

  Going home tommorow can't fault this hotel staff are lovely can't do enough exceptional clean if you but drinks at bar the staff are always filling you with nibbles the room was cleaned every day fresh bedding every couple of days and clean towels every day not sure I can recommend the area short walk to shops but once you been round that's it can get a bit boring unlike the islands with lovely little coves this is just one long beach deck chairs are free as long as you buy a drink our stay was for 10 days but to be honest I've had enough ready for home but that's my personal preference

  Amazing amazing amazing!

  Amazing place. Hotel is very modern and clean. Staff are very friendly and welcoming! Perfect location. Right by the beach and near the local town. Perfect holiday for our one year old. Stella is amazing and treats all Brits as VIPs! She's in the below photo. Food was lovely with a wide range of drinks at a reasonable price. Thomas Cook went bust the day after we arrived. Even though the hotel didn't get paid for us they still let us stay and paid for our transfer back to the airport! Will 100% be returning next year. Love the place.

  Lovely hotel, somewhere different...

  We stayed in September and had a great holiday. Thankfully we returned just as Thomas Cook went under. This was our first visit to mainland Greece and If youre used to the Greek Islands its a very different experience. The hotel is lovely and modern. We were treated with snacks and home made lemonade on arrival which was a lovely touch. The pool is very small with few sunbeds which we expected and is in the shade for most of the day, but you can visit the sister hotel which is 5 mins in a taxi or a 20min flat walk - the sister hotel is GORGEOUS! The beach is also very close and sunbeds are free you just need to buy a drink or food for one of the sea front cafes. All staff lovely and friendly and very accommodating. Food was delicious and there was always a veggie option and once staff knew I was veggie they always helped me at dinner. Rooms were clean, and cleaned regularly, cleaners were very friendly too. English Guests staying at the hotel were also very friendly and we got chatting to a few. We booked a trip via the Thomas Cook rep to explore Mount Olympus - this was a great trip despite the fact we had to go on a German speaking trip as the English one got cancelled due to lack of demand. It was a bit awkward but we made the most of it. I would have given the hotel 5* however, I dont think Id go back due to the location. It was very cheap (sort of like a Greek Blackpool in some ways! Lots of one euro shops!). There was very few English people there and we found other nationalities to be quite cold towards us and often rude. This seems like a new holiday destination for the UK travel agencies and this really shows. Glad we gave it a try. Weather was gorgeous all week mid September and all in all a great holiday!
