  Very good hotel

  very good and very nice hotel the location is OK near the center and near the most restaurants in the city - the pool is great there is pool for children too - nice breakfast nice people - nice view of the city - there is a lift - the rooms are big and very clean - there is a TV

  Beautiful hotel, gorgeous views, but not all is rosy!

  The hotel is really nice, and the views are gorgeous. Location is great. My room was comfortable. However there were several issues: Breakfast was pretty basic. Elevator was "quirky" - not dependable. I walked up and down several times rather than take it. Some mechanical / elevator noise in my room. Broken light fixture in my room. Only Polish TV channels and Polish notices in lobby. Hotel must get some guests from other countries. However for an overnight stay, hotel was fine.

  value for money

  Optimal for to visit Saranda and Southern Albania. Situated in the second row of hotels, but just few minutes walk from sea promenade where the similar hotels are more expensive. Standard rooms and good kitchen. I really enjoyed my stay there.

  Not bad not good

  We didn't choose this hotel because we were in an organised trip. The location is nice, ten mins walking by the center, but unfortunately we got the room view on the parking, but i bet the other side room the view must be beautiful! Anyway the room was very very cold and before we figured out how to switch on the heater it took a while, but the staff helped us. The food was really poor. Really really poor. Very small portions and very basic dishes. On the contrary, thumbs up for the breakfast!! When we were there the pool was closed (it was march) but it looked very nice.

  3 lovely days! Perfect service!

  When we arrived, we got a room for 2 with sea-view. The room was very nice, very clean!!! And had a cute balcony. Air conditioning working good, fridge that works, the bathroom was very clean and no t short of toilet paper or anything else. The shower worken perfectly, good pressure, warm water, fresh towels everyday! The food was nice as well, breakfast and dinnet were well served. This all aside i want to give a special thanks to the awesome manager and employers. Always ready to help you right away with antything. fell in the centre and wristled my ankle, when i came back to the hotel they immediatly offered me pain killers and ice. After that mr. Astrit (the manager) was so kindly to bring me to the hospital. They took some pictures and helped me further (for free! Small injuries in state-hospital). Then he took me to the pharmacy and back to the hotel. Besides that, he even called in a friend of his and fixed us a rent-a-car at very friendly price! Thank you so much for a very nice stay. Definitily recommending this hotel.
