Great family vacationWe were there with our two kids (8 and 5), hotel is on great location, kids loved the beach and specially the pool which also has shallow end. There are lots of little food places and restaurants on the beach, beach is part pebbly part concrete - great for kids. There is boat that gets you to Trogir old town every half an hour and kids loved it to. So, if you have little kids this is the perfect place because they can entertain at the beach, the pool and have a nice boat ride, everything is close to hotel and we're going to be back next year for sure!

Poor servicesWe are very dissapointed of this hotel. As I read previous feedback, I have feelling that nothing has been improved from last year. I will do overview in following categories: 1. room quality, 2. food quality, service and 3. personal/staff. We got feelling that hotel stucked in 90s. 1. Room quality - we got superior premium room. Its just called probably like that, because We did not see any superior premium here. Room furniture is quite good, but we were surprised of mold in a bathroom (photo in gallery). It should not happen. Room was house keeped every day, so I dont undestand how it could happen... mold is vissible. View from balcony is fine, on the sea. But our friends got room with view on the trash. 2. Food is horrible, every day the same food, look like not fresh, sometime we had feeling that food was from previous day. This is very very bad experience for that money. Here is again 90s feelling. My worse experience. It should be improved. Less fruit, vegetables, yogurth... 3. Personel/staff - is there any? personel should be more friendly, maybe little smile would by nice. Our overall feeling is like management of hotel does not care of services and personel. Staff looks like non-motivated, with no interest of guests. I dont recommend this hotel. Im sure that you will find better hotel for the money. Martin.

Absolutely Awful! For sure the worst hotel and the worst experience I had in my life.. 1. The pillows and the sheets were dirty with stains 2. The only available power plugs in the room was 1 broken and dangerous as it was out of the wall and 2 behind the bed that you couldnt have access so you could use them! 3. The most dirty and old bathroom I have ever seen! The tiles had different colors from age and even the shower couldnt be hanged on its base, as the hose was shorter! And the most important was the staff of the hotel.. so rude and bad! They were behaving like the do to us a favor for paying to stay in the hotel! I am still wondering how this hotel still works and have customers paying for coming for holidays (unfortunately I was one of them). I already booked something else.. Keep away! I put 1 star as I couldnt put something less!

Depressingly awful restaurant experience (but rest of hotel ok, I guess)OK, I dont want to diss this place too hard, because we came from a nicer resort and this was just a pit-stop that the awful Croatia Airlines threw us in after cancelling our non-stop flight and giving us a layover with a 6:15 a.m. departure. We never even looked at the pool or beach, so I have nothing to say about that. The only thing I can really comment on was our rooms and the awful restaurant experience The rooms were fine. Extremely tiny but totally ok. They seemed to have been renovated the best they could. The bathroom was in really good shape. And the balconies had good views of the sea (as long as you dont turn your head too far to the left and look at all the trash and mess there). So really, no complaints about the rooms. Ive read other reviews that seem to suggest some rooms are renovated and some are not. We must have had two of the better ones, so Im glad about that. The restaurant was awful. I mean, really awful! We had no idea how it worked or what we were supposed to do. The reception just told us its over there. When we walked in, the host desk was empty (she came back later) so we just went downstairs and tried to figure it out. We were so lost. Nobody spoke English and could tell us what we were supposed to do. After the host came back from wherever she was, I asked her how it worked. She said, its a buffet you just sit where you want and help yourself. OK, I thought. So we go down and the first thing I notice is that there isnt a single table set. Im looking all around for some type of server and I dont see anyone. I finally see a woman server and asked her, where are the glasses. She points to an empty table. I say, but I dont see any glasses. She finally points over to a young man server who has been ignoring us completely. In fact, throughout our entire meal, he never came over to see us once or remove empty plates. My kids went to the drink machine and tried to serve themselves water. A woman came over and told them they werent allowed to do that because it costs money. Huh? All I knew is that I was supposed to have a free meal paid for by the airline. The hotel confirmed this. If you want to make me order through a server, then ok, give me a server. If you want me to pour my own drink through a machine, then ok, let me. But youve got to let us know what is going on. Weirdly enough, when I came over to talk to the woman yelling at my kids, she noticed my thin blue all-inclusive bracelet which was form another resort (the one we just left). She thought it was their own bracelet, so she let me go. That was actually pretty funny. As for the food wow, it was so depressingly bad and limited. There was almost nothing to choose from. Just some pasta and nasty meat patties. And tiny cakes for dessert with no variety. I feel bad for all the people who were staying there for their vacation. Even for a 3-star resort, I wouldve expected much more than that. It was so depressing to look at, and we couldnt wait to get out of there and back to our bedrooms to sleep. The hotel lobby is big and comfortable, and the front-desk men were nice, courteous and helpful. So thats good. And, as I said, I never got a look at the pool, facilities or beach, so who knows, maybe thats enough to make up for the awful restaurant? To the hotel manager hopefully reading this seriously, yo, you people need to get your stuff together. I didnt see a single non-Croatian visitor in there, and Im guessing I know why. Your restaurant is a nightmare. If you ever hope to attract a broader tourist base, you totally have to fix that mess.
