  Wonderful surprise

  We were on a package tour and stayed in this hotel for a few nights for NYE. I have to admit that after reading the hotel reviews from several sources, we were getting ready for the worst; we brought extra towels, extra toilet paper, the warmest pair of PJs... food... there's was absolutely no need for any of that. Rooms were clean and even too warm, there was plenty of hot water, towels replenished, plenty of food for breakfast, wi-fi was working great... We had dinner in the hotel too and cook did a great job! Highly recommended! And above all, hotel staff was fabulous; even though all of them were working like crazy having the full house, they still found the time to accomodate everyone's needs and wishes. It's not a 5 star hotel, however, it's a great value for money and I would love to come back!

  The friendliest staff I have met in all my hotels stays in Italy

  I decided to go on the trip pretty late and I was ready for everything after I read bad reviews. Neverthelles, my impression is far beyond expectation. The staff was very welcoming and warm, rooms lovely with comfortable beds, bathroom clean with hot showers, and breakfast was rich. May not be the best location to stay if you want to travel to another part of Tuscany, unless you have a car, but if you're mobile or you prefer to stay only at Chianciano, I would definitely recommend this place.

  Excellent for the price

  I stayed in this hotel with my friends as a part of a New Year's Eve package tour. Very friendly staff welcomed us and did their best to make our entire stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms were clean, very warm and regularly maintained. Breakfast was rich and delicious as well as the New Year's Eve dinner. I highly recommend this hotel that felt like home.

  Surprisingly great place for new beginnings

  After long and exhaustive bus trip we wern't expecting such nice accommodation because of bad reviews. To our surprise hotel was very cosy, rooms were comfortable, clean and warm. Bathroom was also very clean, eguipped with all toilet articles and there was a plenty of hot water. I suppose the experience was even bether because I was already in great company and we were in a celebrating mood. It was also very helpful knowing Italian language. Nevertheless, service was excellent, staff was pleasant, polite and charming. We greeted New Year's Eve with delicious course of meal, great wine and friendly staff. All in all it was surprisingly great place for new beginnings and I wouldn't mind coming back.

  Friendly staff, budget hotel

  I and my family visited hotel in July. It was cheap budget hotel, didn't expected much. You get what you pay. Hotel was full of young kids, noisy and very old. It's ok for quick sleep and go, but not for longer stay.
