  Only Good Thing is Convenient to Airport

  There's little good to say about this hotel, other than it's clean and convenient to the Naples Airport. The room has no drawers, only a small closet. There`s no elevator. If you stay there (one night is more than enough!), bring a flashlight, as the lighting is extremely poor. The bathroom had only one small towel rack under the sink (we ended up putting the bath towels in the bidet). The hotel, with its black marble stairs and red, gold and black decor, reminded use of a madam's hotel, if you catch my drift. Our second night was a horror, with a loud party, complete with pulsating band and fireworks, going on till 3 in the morning. When I complained, I was told they could change my room (it was 11 pm) or move to a different hotel. When I said this was not an option, they got the owner, who threatened to call the police on me. The final "compromise" was that I'd pay for only one night and do so right then (which I did). And, the hotel is located on a highway underneath an elevated highway. And, the price was no bargain, over $100 a night.

  Strangest Hotel Ever - Avoid

  Just a bizzare experience from start to finish. 1st visit to Naples so chose somewhere close to my customer visit, boy, big mistake. 1st of all sat nav struggles to find the place but I knew from the area I was driving around that I was in trouble. Not too sure how you get 4 stars but this was not even close. Here is what to expect at the Masaniello Luxury : No lift No menu in restaurant Dimly light rooms Ancient decor Light up like a swingers paradise at night Dirty pillows Horrible location Just a very strange experience, staff were friendly enough but the poorest hotel I have stayed in in a long time, needless to say I wont be returning.

  Not exactly what was expected

  Should have red more reviews. Thought it was actually close to the airport. We could see the airport tower from our room, but the taxi ride was 30 euro from rental car lot. It was technically out of Naples city limits so taxi charged a premium for a 11 minute drive. Return to airport for early morning flight was 20 euro. Hotel and staff was good value. Other patrons were noisy for a Tuesday night. Dont plan on any pool time as road noise is extreme. Kinda of an odd experience, but we caught our early am flight home.

  Avoid unless youre at the event center.

  We opted to spend a single night here before heading to the Amalfi Coast. This was a horrible mistake. We changed hotels before the night ended. The hotel is decently decorated, screens respectably and is priced reasonably. Unfortunately it is not very clear that there is no elevator (minor warning sign), an overwhelming stench of incense (medium warning sign) and a location directly adjacent a wedding/event centre that plays music that will engulf and destroy your soul into the wee hours of the night (major major warning sign). Please avoid unless you are at that event centre. Spare yourself what we went through.

  Not an airport hotel

  I booked this based on a google search of airport hotels. This appeared the nicest and a fair price. On getting to the airport the info desk said it was at the other side of the airport and we would need to go there by taxi. We did this, very short journey but were charged 30 for it because apparently we crossed the county bounds. The following day the taxi to the port charged us 100 for the same reason! The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was very limited however. Do not book this hotel based on it being an airport hotel. And if you do stay here do not travel by taxi!
