  El hotel esta perfecto la comida riquísima las habitacines estan muy limpias y bonitas la atención del personal muy amables todo muy bien esta todo en condiciones yo encantada de todo y todos toda vía estoy en el hotel y volveré sin duda otra vez . No entiendo porque hay tantos comentarios negativos esta todo muy bien Un saludo para todo el personal

  Wouldn't return

  Hotel itself is in a good location and clean. Guys on reception were helpful and polite. Food was a massive let down, we were here in the last week of the season and Hotel was quite quiet with not many people to cater for but the food was awful, luke warm and lots of things showing up at dinner from lunch etc. there was no show cooking although the facility was there. Pool was freezing so we went to try the indoor pool but soon changed our mind as there was a slimy film on the top. Outside barmaid was nice but this was the first time I've been served coffee in a plastic cup! This Hotel has so much going for it and with better food and a few other improvements could be a 4*. The free sun beds and parasols on beach were a bonus but again a little AI beach bar would make all the difference.

  The hotel where nobody smiles!

  Just back from a week here. The building itself is large and well maintained. Very clean with big rooms that are cleaned spotlessly. The real problem is the vibe of the people inside the building! Its like a Russian gulag! Id say 80% of the guests are Russian/Georgian/Romanian and its quite a culture shock. Nobody smiles... ever. Aggressive body language, no idea how to queue for anything. No courtesy when moving about the building. They just walk AT you and expect you to move. The staff are little better although im not surprised when dealing with their clientele all season. Some of the waitresses were kind and had a daily smile but almost all the bar staff are rude and surly. 10 minute wait every time you want a drink and this winds you up because of other guests just going straight to the head of the line. Also guests who tip seem to be prioritised over others. Everything you drink will be served in a child size plastic cup. The restaurant area is cleverly cut off from the pool so you cant take a hot dog back to a sunbed (although you cant get a sunbed of course). The food is reasonable although not enough fish! I dont eat meat and quite a few nights i ate salad and rice because no fish was offered. I did ask about it a few times and was told that it was part of a 14 day menu so fish wasn't served every day. I noticed no lack of chicken, beef, pork and veal though! The whole baked Rabbit complete with teeth and claws was quite a shock when it came out too.

  Cannot fault this hotel

  Me and 3 other male friends stayed at this hotel for a week. It being my second time in the sunny beach area. This hotel was perfect for us, bar staff friendly and chatty, always had a laugh, animation team were great fun around the pool, always had activities, and were very keen persuasive to get you involved. Massage at the hotel was brilliant (this was extra cost). The rooms were large, clean and well maintained. The food wasn't the best, but there was always something we could eat. The local drinks were fine, always got you drunk lol. Location was perfect, Shop was 10 second walk, strip and beach 2 minute walk. Will definitely be returning.

  Great family holiday

  Great family holiday, first week of the summer holidays. Plenty for our daughter to do all day. Close to the beach. Food and drink was available all day. Did not go hungry or thirsty and plenty of choice! close enough to the centre of the resort and the beach.
