  Wonderful family short trip

  The room was large and decently decorated, enjoyed the view into the Marinepark. Bathroom was also very clean and with a large rainshower. We had an issue with the shower which was solved right away. The beach was only a short walk away from the hotel. Downtown is a 10 mins drive by car. A supermarket and a bakery can also only be reached by car (3 Mins). The Marinepark and the shows were a great attraction for our kid even she is not French speaking. She also enjoyed the Aquasplash Park with pools and waterslides. It was extremely convenient to have all attractions adjacent to the hotel. We would have also chosen the same place as a couple just because we liked the hotel.

  No view from the room and no possibility to get some fresh air in the room.

  No view from the room and there was no possibility to get some fresh air in the room. Bad smell in the reception area and bad service. The man who was in the reception couldnt speak English and he was not very good at this job. No information about breakfast or dinner. It was very quiet place and no one at the place.

  Good property, rude staff

  We stayed at Hotel Marineland. The room was nice and clean, no hair dryer though. The breakfast wasn't smooth. There was no butter, just overly sweet jams. The lady replenishing pastries was curt and rude. I took my breakfast plate out in patio, most of the tables were filled with huge group, so went on the other side. Went back in to get the coffee and came back out. The rude lady saw and came running and very rudely said no sitting here, no lunch only. This could have been said in a better way. The large group by then was done and was leaving. I asked the lady to clear the table so that we could sit there. Very reluctantly she turned back and I stood there with coffee cup and plate in hand and juice glass on the table reserved for lunch. She came back after 5 mins and started cleaning the table and just left. Didn't offer to help me with transferring plates and cups and glass. The receptionist David was equally curt and rude in his mannerisms. We asked very respectfully at 10 am if we could have a late check out say by 12:30 pm. He just flatly refused saying he has guests checking in. Actually that morning during breakfast we saw so many guests checking out early, so don't think rooms availability was a problem, occupancy rate seemed low. We checked out at 11 am and spent time by the pool. We noticed some people checking out at 12:30 pm, which really annoyed us. But there was no point registering our disappointment with David. I think the hotel is good, but the staff ensures to ruin it for the guests.

  South of France trip

  Really enjoyable stay at this hotel for 2 adults, 2 kids. Nice clean room overlooking Marineland, brilliant shower in bathroom, lovely breakfast each morning, croissants, pastries etc. Swimming pool not supersize but perfect for kids to splash around in and sunbathe for adults. Really convenient location, just a few minutes away from the beach and centre of Antibes by car. We drove to Cannes and Monaco also, both just a short journey away. Car park on site. Staff really friendly and helpful, especially Stefan who really looked after us. Brilliant stay overall!
