  The wanderer

  Overall facilities are mid range, ages many years There are many new and better location in this town. The service is underestimated , reception desk is not so welcome gesture when checked in late evening, one gentleman staff was watching you with unwarmly welcome , the staff unwilling when borrow umbrella. The lady restaurant did not nice properly, she was watching at you at all time and warn you to not do anything until forgot her job to look around the food left, a bit strange in this hotel. As I've told there are plenty of new hotels there you have more options.

  Worse hotel

  Stay here one night with group, bus can't stop in front of building, have to pull your luggage walk 5 min across the street. The hotel locate at the red light district, at night can see many drunk guys and women on street. One of our group member requested a pillow from the reception, the receptionist just simply told him no, only one for a room. The face looked like he owed him money. We said want to see the manager, but they said no manager here. This was the worse service I have ever seen in Japan. Don't bother to stay here if you looking for a pleasure stay.

  The hotel looks old from outside. The Lobby is on the second floor. It is a bit not so good for first impression before you reach reception. However at the Lobby, over all is ok. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is typical Japanese breakfast. Coffee is very light. Take your own instant coffee if you are coffee addict.

  Very nice hotel. When you get to the entrance of the Hotel, to get to the lobby you press level 4 in the lift. You then walk along a corridor up 3 steps to the lobby. When you are in your room and want to go to the lobby, you have to press level 5 in the lift. Shortest floor I have ever seen. The hotel is located near Chinatown and it is only a 5 minute walk to a large shopping mall. The mall contains a lot of restaurants. It is a bit of a walk to the hotel from the bus as it cannot park outside the entrance. A very nice, clean and comfortable Hotel

  Inspiring Vacations tour

  Stayed as part of Inspiring Vacations 17 day Authenic tour. Bus cant\'t stop outside hotel as there is No access. Hotel ferried our bags initially but on check out 2 mornings later we were required to drag them in the rain to awaiting bus. Lobby is accessed via a ramp and 2 separate lifts to our room on 10th floor. Goodsize room after short setup entery,with twin beds and plenty of room to place bags,including built in sofa area. Breakfast was an absolute disaster and couldn't cope with the busloads volume allotted,which meant limited variety to choose from.
