    Almost perfect

We stayed here for the first two weeks in October. The hotel is extremely clean and modern, the rooms are of a good size and the sea view rooms have a view to die for. The breakfast was ok, to us it was nothing special, however, there was a good selection of cereals, fruit and yogurt. The bar was very quiet, only had entertainment on one night out of the fourteen nights we stayed. Female staff behind reception were pleasant and seemed happy to be there. We stayed on third floor and had a fantastic cleaner, she was so happy, always smiling and did a great job of looking after our room. On the whole the bar staff were pleasant enough, however, one young waiter who recently got married was miserable and moody, maybe he wanted to be at home with his new wife, it came across he didnt want to be working in the bar. In recent reviews I have read the beach attendant gets heaps of praise, not in my case, we liked to sun bathe on the pier, but we had to get our own mattresses and he came onto the pier about twice each day, I think if I had tipped him I would have been looked after, I tip when I get good service, not before The hotel was almost empty at this time. The location of the hotel was very good withquite a few nice restaurants nearby, and only steps to the beach. On the whole a good hotel, some staff could benefit from some re training. Would consider going back.

    Brilliant

I got there 28 September 2019, best hotel ever stayed in, and been to a lot. This was fantastic, sea view room brilliant, just feet from beach. Everything very clean and room lovely. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that I like my food to be really HOT and not lukewarm but it certainly didn't distract from the whole experience. If you book this place you won't be disappointed. Best hotel in marmaris

    Excellent adult hotel

Sometimes booking hotels can be a bit of a lottery. Thankfully we hit a small jackpot with this one. Our check in process was quick and simple with our passport details being taken straight away and passports returned immediately. This is something we have had concerns about in the past so it was good to get them straight back. We paid an extra £20 to guarantee a sea facing room. As we made our way up to room 217 we knew as soon as we saw the view that it was the best £20 we would spend. We would recommend rooms 107, 207,307 and 407 as they have views up and down the prom as they are corner balconies. Our room was very clean and fresh with a lovely light and airy bathroom due to the glass panel wall between bathroom and bedroom. The beds were very comfortable which came as a great relief as I suffer back problems. Air con was available at all times in the bedroom so we were never uncomfortable despite the high overnight temps. Sheets and towels were replaced and rooms tidied everyday by the happy smiling maids. We were on a Bed and Breakfast basis and both agreed that the breakfasts were lovely. So much choice and loads of fresh fruit. Ive eaten my body weight in hazelnuts whilst there. The executive chef was on duty each morning manning the egg station where delicious omelettes were prepared to order with a great selection of fillings. Boiled, poached and eggs fried to your taste were all made fresh before your eyes so no yolks going hard under heat lamps here. Freshly made pancakes were also available alongside the usual array of sausages and other hot breakfast items which changed on a daily basis. Whilst not the biggest of pools it was more than adequate and never had more than half a dozen guests in at any one time. A negative however was the strength of the internet connection. It dropped out on a regular basis so we had a drink at the hotel bar next door and got their password so if our signal dropped out we just logged onto theirs. The public areas were very clean and comfortable. For a three star hotel this place had the feel of at least a four star. The staff from reception to cleaners, waiters to chefs and nightstaff to porters were very friendly and always happy to help. There were no children staying at this hotel and truth be told it wasnt really the sort of hotel to cater for them. From our point of view this helped with the wonderfully relaxed feel to the place despite its prominent position on the beach. Their were ample sunbeds around the pool and on the hotels private part of the beach as well as on a jetty that got the sun till late in the evening. The jetty was then cleared and became a lovely place to try the a la crate dinner offered each night. We had the option to upgrade to half board for £60 each though we decided to try as many of the local restaurants as possible instead. However, we decided to stay in the hotel and paid the £12 each to sample the buffet dinner. Again the chefs were at the cooking station to do fish and meat to order for you. We saw choice of three different meats as well as vegetarian options. The salad bar was excellent and very varied. The prawns on the salad bar were fat and juicy and to be recommended. The steaks were great and the fish looked delicious. The choice of desserts was excellent and we managed to squeeze down two of our favourites. Well worth the money paid. I complimented the head chef and he was genuinely pleased to hear what I had to say and even ended up giving me the recipe for the chilli relish. Would we stay here again? You can be absolutely assured we would. We would like to thank everyone who works at this hotel for making our holiday a great one.
