  Para volver 1000 veces....

  Hotel maravilloso, habitacion con vista a la pista,estuvimos en la habitacion 220,quizas el bano necesitaria un poco mas de luz y la television deberia ser revisionada, porque lo unico que se veia eran canales arabes.El hotel es centralisimo y muy limpio. El desayuno perfecto, en un local luminosisimo y muy elegante. El personal muy profesional. En definitiva, me encantò.

  Perfect location, comfortable hotel

  We stayed in this hotel as a group of four families with teens during a ski break. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is at the beginning of the pedestrian area and Cinque Laghi gondola station is just a few steps away. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There are some renovated rooms which are slightly more expensive. We preferred to stay there. The breakfast and dinner were all good. Only one night - the chef's off night- we realized the dinner is not as good as it was on the previous nights. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great spa with views of people skiing down to the village and I strongly suggest that you have a massage from Raffaella. The Wifi was good at the reception but it didn't work in our room and in the restaurant. Although they tried to solve the problem, it was not possible. The room has a new generation TV with all the channels that seem possible but mostly the channels didn't work, and we couldn't find any English channels.

  Good base to explore the area

  We stayed two nights at this hotel to start and finish a via ferrata trek in the Brenta mountains. The hotel is centrally located and has recently been renovated with great taste. We stayed in a room overlooking the pedestrian street with a small balcony. The room was really nice and well appointed. Bed and linen were confortable and lots of towels were available. Turn down service is provided as well. We were booked with the half-board formula. Breakfast was good as was the 4 -service dinner. Good selection of wines from the region. We did use the wellness area located on the top floor. I have been in several hotels with wellness areas and this one ranks quite high for the quality of the facilities and the views. Really nice patio area in front of the hotel. Perfect for aperitivo - which was served with a nice complimentary selection of bites to eat. The town was pretty quiet at the time of our visit. I believe this is a place that is probably quite busy during ski season. Overall, great hotel with excellent and friendly service.

  Good hotel, food needs improvements

  The hotel is centrally located, opposite the super and all the shops. The rooms are comfortable, spacious shower and hot water. As for the food - the waiters make an effort, but the problem is in the kitchen !! The dishes come out very, very slowly, and the portions are small. Dessert dishes - are excellent Tremiso and Pancotta.

  the hotel is in the very heart of the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, just in front of the rope-way for the amazing "5 lakes" excursions. The front porch of the hotel is elegant and charming. You can sit down, relax, chill and enjoy the fantastic view of the mountains. In the night the front of the hotel is all lit up and gives you a special sense of glamour. The food is selected, tasty and genuine. You can choose between 3 different types of dishes for each course at the moment. The gentlemen Carlo is very friendly, polite and always fulfill your request. All the staff is available at any time for info about the area and the places to visit. I really recommend this hotel and do not miss the Wonderful trekking around the area.
