  Great time

  We spent 4 dais in Galzignano Terme playing golf (each day in a different golf course) and relaxing in thermal pool. The golf courses we visited were excellent and exciting. Hotel people was perfectly trained: rich of helpful attitude, willing to solve problems, available and flexible. The room was clean, comfortable, with a balcony watching a fantastic panorama on Euganei hills. Lot of space where to store luggage. I feel really happy to stay there and leaving the resort I promise myself to return again.

  Depressing hotel in no-man's land

  We were looking forward to this visit but we ended up leaving early. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, with deserted places all around it. It must have been nice 20 years ago though. Pool is nice if you are into 32 degrees and smelling of chlorine all day long. Beds are hard as you can get, I woke up each night with a sore back. Mold in the bathroom and a general impression that everything is about to fall into pieces. It's not a disaster, but certainly not something I will visit again in this lifetime...

  A nice place to relax!

  Here are three hotels in one. Each with a large pool area. The guests are free to enjoy all the pools, which are clean and very nice. The hotel are clean and fresh. Probably renovated not long time ago. The breakfast was very good.

  Nice place for everybody!

  My wife, my daughter and I were so happy to stay in this hotel. As before we were given a warm and friendly welcome on arrival at your property. Highly professional staff, very good breakfast, several swimming pools.. Really enough for happiness on vacation! You cannot sit and want to explore surrounding area? No problem! Go to Venice, Verona, Treviso, Vicenza or Bologna. Maximum in 2 hours you will be there.   One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed

  Visited the hotel last week for a conference I had! The hotel desperately needs a renovation! Felt like I was back in the 80s! Very old lobby the rooms old with mould in the bathrooms etc. The worst thing though was that aircondition in the rooms was not working and when I called the reception they told me they switched the system off because no need of an aircondition at this time of the year!!!!! I asked to turn it on as I could not breathe it was soooo hot and they said ok but never did! Staff did not speak English very hard to communicate. Its a No hotel for me and for sure will never return again
