  Average hotel, not sure if it`s worth the money

  Very nice and polite owners. You can tell it`s a family hotel, the lobby is always occupied by the family members which didn`t bothered us at all. They have a nice breakfast but no variety. The rooms are ok, quite modern and clean sheets were provided second/third day. It`s really close to the city center and the walking area with all restaurants and shops. The things we didn`t like - not the cleanest place, especially the bathrooms. We`ve been told to take a shower near the corner, otherwise it gets wet out of it. One of the days the housekeeping forgot their dirty cleaning towel on top of the TV shelf where we were placing our stuff. The bathrooms are actually part of the room rounded with coated glass, but it`s a glass, not a wall with gaps between the door and the side "walls". You have to be very close with the person you`re staying with... There`re a lot of trees surrounding the hotel but since they`re watering the gardens, it`s turning into a good home for many mosquitoes! There`s no net to the balcony door, so you have to choose - a lot of mosquito bites during the night (1st night for me) or an AC which is heading right towards the bed. There were no warm (not hot) water in the morning firs 4 days of our 6 nights stay. Obviously there was a problem with it but even after fixing, it was hard to say that you can take a normal shower. Our overall staying was ok but I don`t think we`ll go back again and definitely doesn`t worth the 100 EUR per night cost.

  Great hotel

  This hotel is very good, the rooms are clean, the owner is very kind and the breakfast, served near the pool, is very tasty with handmade food. I really recommend this place for families and couples !

  Excellence

  We spent a week at Macedon Hotel, together with a large group of friends and families. Fabulous breakfast, all fresh and home made. Cozy rooms, daily cleaned. Large and clean pool. Very nice garden to spend evenings. Above all, very nice people there, giving you a family feeling, and being careful with their customers. A place to return for sure. Mihai

  Very nice hotel and hosts

  We stayed for couple of nights and 5yo daughter in this hotel. We were looking for a quiet place, with garden and pool. What we like: - the Room structure - the Double deluxe Room has separate entrance - very clean - very quiet & relaxation zone - tasty Breakfast ( cheese pie and Homemade apricot Jam were amazing) - super friendly staff ( Thank you Lena for our pleasent stay) Cosmin

  A very good choise

  Everything was ok and the hosts were very friendly.The pool is big and very clean, it also has a small trampoline for jumping.Breakfast is rich and quite varied.Very good location in front of the city center.
